Claims (11)
- 陽極板,陰極板,および前記陽極板と前記陰極板とに間に介在される隔離板を含む電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体を収容する空間部を有するケースと;
前記ケースに結合されて前記ケースを密閉するキャップ組立体と;
前記電極組立体の前記陽極板または前記陰極板のいずれか一つに電気的に連結される集電板と;を含み,
前記集電板は,
板状の本体と,
前記本体と一体に形成され,前記キャップ組立体に電気的に連結される少なくとも二つのタブと,
前記本体から突出して,対応する前記陽極板または前記陰極板に接触する接触部と,
を備え,
前記接触部は,平坦な底部を有する溝部であり,
前記少なくとも二つのタブは,前記本体の一部を突出させて形成されることを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記少なくとも二つのタブは,前記本体に放射状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも二つのタブは,レーザ溶接,抵抗溶接,または超音波溶接のいずれか一つの溶接方法により,前記キャップ組立体に固定されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも二つのタブと前記キャップ組立体との間に配置され,これらを電気的に連結する補助タブをさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つの溝部は,前記本体に放射状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝部は,前記本体に十字状に形成され,前記タブは,隣接する前記溝部の間に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は,円筒形であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は,モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 二次電池の電極組立体とキャップ組立体とを電気的に連結する,二次電池用集電板の製造方法において:
円形の形状を有し,平坦な底部を有する溝部である接触部が形成された二次電池用集電板の本体の一部を突出させて,前記キャップ組立体に電気的に連結されるタブを形成することにより,前記本体と前記タブとを一体に形成することを特徴とする,二次電池用集電板の製造方法。 - 前記タブは,前記本体に複数形成されることを特徴とする,請求項9に記載の二次電池用集電板の製造方法。
- 前記二次電池は,モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項9または10に記載の二次電池用集電板の製造方法。
