Claims (14)
- コンテナと,
陽極,陰極,および前記陽極と前記陰極との間に介在されるセパレータからなり,前記コンテナに収納される電極群と,
前記コンテナを密閉するキャップ組立体と,
前記陽極および前記陰極の少なくともいずれか一方に電気的に接続される渦巻状の接触部を有する集電板と,を備える二次電池であって,
前記集電板は,隣り合う前記接触部の間に前記集電板の一部を貫通して渦巻状に形成された貫通部を備えることを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記電極は,縁部に沿って活物質が存在しない無地部を有し,前記接触部は前記無地部に接触されて保持されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記陽極と前記陰極は,縁部に沿って活物質が存在しない無地部をそれぞれ有し,前記それぞれの無地部に前記集電板が電気的に接触されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接触部はスリット状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は,少なくとも二つの前記接触部を有し,前記少なくとも二つの接触部は,前記集電板の中心に対して対称に配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記コンテナは略円筒形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記コンテナは略角形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 陽極と陰極とがセパレータを介在して巻き取られて形成される電極群と,
前記陽極と前記陰極の少なくともいずれか一方に電気的に接続される渦巻状の接触部を有する集電板と,を備える二次電池の電極組立体であって,
前記集電板は,隣り合う前記接触部の間に前記集電板の一部を貫通して渦巻状に形成された貫通部を有することを特徴とする,二次電池の電極組立体。 - 前記電極は,縁部に沿って活物質が存在しない無地部を有し,前記接触部は前記無地部に接触されて保持されることを特徴とする,請求項8に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- 前記陽極と前記陰極は,縁部に沿って活物質が存在しない無地部をそれぞれ有し,同じ極性を有する前記電極の無地部は互いに対向して配置され,前記同じ極性を有する電極の無地部に前記集電板がそれぞれ電気的に接続されることを特徴とする,請求項8に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- 前記集電板の接触部は,前記電極群の巻き付け方向に沿って形成されることを特徴とする,請求項8に記載の二次電池の電極組立体。
- プレートと,
前記プレートに渦巻状に突出形成された接触部と,
前記接触部間に沿って前記プレートの一部が貫通されて,前記接触部間に渦巻状に形成された貫通部と,
を備えることを特徴とする,二次電池の集電板。 - 前記接触部はスリット状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の二次電池の集電板。
- 前記接触部は,前記プレートの中心に対して少なくとも二つが対称に配置されることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の二次電池の集電板。
