Description
Claims (8)
- 所定波長の蛍光を発する蛍光色素が予め注入されたリンパ節を含む生体観察部に励起光を照射する励起光源ユニットと、
前記生体観察部から発せられる蛍光像を透過する光学フィルタと、
前記光学フィルタを透過した前記蛍光像を撮像する撮像手段と、
前記撮像手段から出力された観察画像の輝度とコントラストの少なくとも1つを調整する調整手段と、
前記調整手段で調整された前記観察画像をリンパ節を検出するための画像として表示する画像表示手段と、
を備え、
前記励起光源ユニットは、それぞれ同一波長の光を前記励起光として出射する複数の励起光源と、前記複数の励起光源が一方の面に設置された平板状の支持板とを有し、前記複数の励起光源は、前記撮像手段の光軸と一致する前記励起光源ユニットの中心軸を対称軸として2次元に配列されていることを特徴とするリンパ節検出装置。 - 前記撮像手段は、前記励起光源ユニットと一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記光学フィルタは、前記蛍光像を透過するとともに、前記励起光を照射された前記生体観察部からの反射像を所定の光強度で透過することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記画像表示手段は、観察者の頭部に装着可能なことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記調整手段で調整された前記観察画像を記録する画像記録手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記励起光源ユニットからの前記励起光を前記生体観察部に導くライトガイド手段と、前記生体観察部からの前記蛍光像を前記撮像手段に導くイメージガイド手段とを備え、内視鏡装置として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記励起光源ユニットから供給される前記励起光は、近赤外波長帯域内から選択された波長を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載のリンパ節検出装置。
- 前記励起光源ユニットは、前記蛍光色素が予め注入された腫瘍近傍におけるリンパ節を含む前記生体観察部に前記励起光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載のリンパ節検出装置。
