Claims (16)
- 赤外線(IR)、可視光線又は紫外線の波長範囲内の治療用光線を発するための少なくとも一つの治療用光源と、赤外線(IR)、可視光線又は紫外線の波長範囲内の診断用光線を発するための少なくとも一つの診断用光源と、
光を検出するための少なくとも1つの光検出器と、
人間の治療部位へ又は治療部位から光を伝導するのに適する複数の光ファイバであり、効果的な診断及び治療を可能にするために前記光ファイバの遠位端が使用時において前記治療部位の様々な位置に配置される、複数の光ファイバとを備えている、人間の双方向型組織内光力学又は光熱腫瘍治療又は腫瘍診断のためのシステムにおいて、
該システムが、前記治療用光源の一つ、前記診断用光源の一つ、前記光ファイバの一つ及び前記光検出器の一つに光学的に結合された少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段を備え、
前記治療用光線を前記光ファイバの一つを通じて前記治療部位へ送るために、前記少なくとも一つの治療用光源が、それぞれ前記非機械的動作モード選択手段を介して前記光ファイバの一つに結合されており、
前記非機械的動作モード選択手段は、
第一の動作モードにおいて、前記光ファイバを通じて、前記治療用光線を前記治療部位へ光学的に導くことができ、かつ
第二の動作モードにおいて、前記診断用光線を少なくとも一つの前記光ファイバを通じて前記治療部位へ光学的に導くことができ、かつ
第三の動作モードにおいて、前記非機械的動作モード選択手段を介して、反射した診断用光線を、前記治療部位から少なくとも一つの光ファイバを通じて前記光検出器へ導くことができ、
前記第二の動作モード及び前記第三の動作モードにおいて、前記治療用光源は不活動化される、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段が非機械的光学スイッチであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記非機械的光学スイッチが電気的に制御される屈折率変動に基づく電気光学スイッチであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記非機械的光学スイッチが音響発生ブラッグ偏向に基づく音響光学スイッチであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記非機械的光学スイッチが磁気光学スイッチであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段が光学コンバイナであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記診断用光源から治療部位へ伝送するために複数の前記診断用光源が、前記少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段の中の第一の非機械的動作モード選択手段に結合され、かつ前記治療部位から前記少なくとも1つの光検出器へ診断用光線を送るために前記少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段の中の第二の非機械的動作モード選択手段が結合され、前記治療用光源からの光は、前記少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段の中の前記第一及び第二の非機械的動作モード選択手段によって前記治療部位への伝送が妨害される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 1つの活動中の診断用光源が、光学コンバイナ、非機械的光学スイッチ、2つの非機械的光学スイッチ及び2×N非機械的光学スイッチから成るグループから選択される装置によって、前記少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段の中の前記第一の非機械的動作モード選択手段に結合される、ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 各動作モード選択手段が、前記治療部位への伝送のために前記動作モード選択手段の各々に結合される同様の数の診断用光源を有し、使用中同時に1つの診断用光源のみが活動中であるか又は前記動作モード選択手段が前記診断用光線を前記治療部位に送るために一度に1つの診断用光源だけを結合するよう構成される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 同様の数の診断用光源が光コンバイナによって前記動作モード選択手段の各々に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記光ファイバの第二の端が温度感受蛍光発光材料で処理されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの治療用光源及び前記少なくとも一つの診断用光源が単一の固定波長を持つコヒーレント光源および/又は発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 診断用光線を前記治療部位に送る光導体と同じ光導体を通じて蛍光が記録されることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載のシステム。
- 双方向型光力学療法のために温度感受蛍光発光材料で処理される光ファイバのうちの1本又は数本が前記治療部位の温度を測定するように構成され、
使用中に前記治療部位に送られる光が前記治療部位を加熱し、
個々の光ファイバにおける前記治療部位の温度を調節するために使用中送られる前記光の強さが測定温度によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記治療及び診断が、前記少なくとも一つの非機械的動作モード選択手段によって選択可能な双方向型組織内光力学腫瘍治療、温熱療法を用いる光熱腫瘍治療及び腫瘍診断を含む動作モードを備え、前記動作モードが前記治療部位の同一処置中に交互に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の人間の治療及び診断のためのシステムにおける非機械的光学スイッチ及び/又は光学コンバイナ。
