Claims (2)
- 複数の電流値を記憶させるメモリ手段と、
モータ電流(Ia)を検出する電流検出手段(C)と、
前記検出手段(C)の検出した電流(Ia)の交流電源の周期ごとのピーク値を検出するピーク検出処理手段と、
電源周波数が50Hzか60Hzかを検出する判定処理手段と、
前記ピーク検出処理手段が検出したピーク値(PEAK)とモータ(M1)の定格電流値を設定したレジスタ(IS_110)の値とを比較して、ピーク値(PEAK)がレジスタ(IS_110)の値を上回った場合は、ピーク値(PEAK)をレジスタ(IS_110)に置き換え、ピーク値(PEAK)を順に古いものと入れ替えてメモリ手段に記憶し、一方、ピーク値(PEAK)がレジスタ(IS_110)の値を下回った場合は、下回ったピーク値(PEAK)を順に古いものと入れ替えてメモリ手段に記憶し、かつ、前記メモリ手段に記憶したピーク値(PEAK)の平均値を算出して、その算出した平均値に許容値を加えた基準値(IDE)を繰り返し算出する平均動作電流検出処理手段と、
前記平均動作電流検出処理手段の算出する基準値(IDE)とピーク検出処理手段で検出したピーク値(PEAK)とを比較し、前記ピーク値(PEAK)が基準値(IDE)を上回った回数と、前記判定処理手段が検出した電源周波数に基づいて選択される予め電源周波数ごとに設定された異常を判別する過電流の基準値(回数)とを比較して、異常を検出した回数が所定期間内に前記基準値(回数)と同じか上回った場合に異常とする過電流検出処理手段とを備えたモータの過電流検出回路。 - 上記電流検出手段(C)の検出する電流値が予め設定した基準値を上回った際に、過電流が流れたことを検出する請求項1に記載のモータの過電流検出回路。
