Description
Claims (28)
- 制御ユニットにリムーバブルに接続された単回使用医療撮像装置であって、該撮像装置は、
近位端および遠位端を有するシャフトと、
制御ユニットに該装置を接続するための該近位端上におけるコネクタと、
該制御ユニット内の撮像基板による受信に対して所定の形式で画像を生成するための該装置の該遠位端における、またはその該遠位端に近接する画像センサと、
該撮像装置に一意的に関連するシリアル識別子を符号化する、メモリ内に格納されたコードを有するメモリと、
該画像センサによって生成される画像信号の該形式で該撮像基板に該コードを送信する送信回路と
を備える、撮像装置。 - 前記メモリが前記画像センサに結合される、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記メモリが前記画像センサ内に組み込まれる、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記コードが、前記メモリ内に格納された検証対象物の画像に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記検証対象物の前記画像が、線形バーコードの画像を含む、請求項4に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記検証対象物の前記画像が、2次元バーコードの画像を含む、請求項4に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記検証対象物画像が、較正対象物のセットをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の撮像装置。
- 単回使用医療撮像装置を認可するための制御ユニットであって、該制御ユニットは、
該単回使用医療撮像装置に該制御ユニットを接続するためのコネクタと、
該医療撮像装置内の画像センサによって生成される画像信号の形式でコードを受信できる装置インターフェースであって、該コードが該撮像装置に一意的に関連するシリアル識別子を符号化する、装置インターフェースと、
該画像信号から該シリアル識別子を復号化するプロセッサと、
該装置に関連する該シリアル識別子に基づいて、該単回使用撮像装置が認可されているか否かを決定するための手段と
を備える、制御ユニット。 - 前記コードが検証対象物の画像に埋め込まれる、請求項8に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記検証対象物が、前記単回使用撮像装置を較正するために1つ以上のパターンをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記検証対象物が、前記単回使用撮像装置を機能的にテストするために1つ以上のパターンをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の制御ユニット。
- 近位端および遠位端を用いるシャフトを有する単回使用医療撮像装置と、
制御ユニットに該装置を接続するための近位端上におけるコネクタと、
該制御ユニット内の撮像基板による受信に対して所定の形式で画像を生成するための該遠位端における、またはその該遠位端に近接する画像センサと、
該装置に一意的に関連するシリアル識別子を符号化する検証対象物の画像と、
該画像センサによって生成される画像信号の該所定の形式で制御ユニットに該検証対象物の該画像を送信する送信回路と、
単回使用医療撮像装置を認可するための制御ユニットと
を備え、該制御ユニットは、
単回使用医療撮像装置に該制御ユニットを接続するためのコネクタと、
該医療撮像装置の該画像センサによって生成される画像信号の該所定の形式で該検証対象物の画像を受信できる装置インターフェースと、
該装置に関連する該シリアル識別子に基づいて、該単回使用撮像装置が認可されているか否かを決定するプロセッサと
を含む、医療撮像システム。 - 前記検証対象物画像の前記画像が、前記単回使用措置の前記メモリに格納される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記検証対象物が、製造時の前記単回使用装置に一意的に関連するテストターゲット上にプリントされる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像装置が認可されているか否かを決定する手段が、一意的な識別子に関連する前記装置が前に一度でも使用されたことがあるか否かを決定するために、前記シリアル識別子を前記制御ユニットからアクセス可能であるリモートデータベースに含まれるレジストリと比較する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記検証対象物画像が線形バーコードを含む、請求項12に記載の医療撮像システム。
- 前記検証対象物画像が2次元バーコードを含む、請求項12に記載の医療撮像システム。
- 前記検証対象物画像が較正対象物のセットをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の医療撮像システム。
- 前記較正対象物が、様々な偏向角におけるテストターゲット上にプリントされる、請求項18に記載の医療撮像システム。
- 単回使用撮像装置を認可する方法であって、該方法は、
制御ユニットに該単回使用撮像装置を接続することと、
該撮像装置に関連する予め記録された検証対象物の画像を電子的に得ることであって、該検証対象物画像がシリアル識別子を符号化する、ことと、
該検証対象物の該画像から該シリアル識別子を引き出すことと、
該シリアル識別子を認可されたシリアル識別子における情報を含むデータベースと比較することによって該撮像装置の使用を認可することであって、該シリアル識別子と該データベースにおける情報との一致が使用に対する認可という結果になる、ことと
を包含する、方法。 - 前記予め記録された検証対象物の前記画像が、前記撮像装置の前記電子撮像要素を使用して得られる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記予め記録された検証対象物が、製造時の前記装置に一意的に関連するテストターゲット上にプリントされる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記データベースがリモート中心サーバにおけるレジストリである、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記検証対象物が、一意的なシリアル識別子および較正対象物のセットを符号化する、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記較正対象物が、様々な偏向角におけるテストターゲット上にプリントされる、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 撮像要素を含む医療装置を自動的に認可およびセルフテストする方法であって、該方法は、
予め記録された検証対象物の画像の電子検出に基づいて、該医療装置が認可されているものとして認識することと、
該検証対象物に含まれる較正特徴を使用して該装置を自動的に較正することと、
該装置を機能的にテストすることと、
認可、較正および機能的テストが成功すると、該装置を起動させることと
を包含する、方法。 - レジストリが前記医療装置の前記較正および機能的テストの結果を記録する、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 単回使用撮像装置のセットをシリアライズする方法であって、該方法は、
製造される各単回使用撮像装置に一意的なシリアル識別子を割り当てることと、
検証対象物内のシリアル識別子を符号化することであって、該検証対象物が較正対象物のセットも含む、ことと、
該検証対象物を製造時の各対応する撮像装置に関連させることと、
製造されシリアライズされた撮像装置に対応する認可されたシリアル識別子のレジストリを維持することであって、撮像装置のユーザが、該シリアル識別子をデータベースと比較することによって該装置が認可されているか否かを決定し得る、ことと
を包含する、方法。
