Description
本発明は、応答性が速い流体制御弁を得ることを目的とする。また本発明は、衝撃波等の問題がない、安定した性能の流体制御弁を得ることを目的とする。
口端面に直交する直線方向に移動することが好ましい。
Claims (7)
- 出力ポートを有する圧力室;
この圧力室に連通し、同一直線上に位置する供気ノズルと排気ノズル;
この供気ノズルと排気ノズルの開口端に対向する一対の開閉制御面を有し、該供気ノズルと排気ノズルの間を移動可能なフラッパアッシー;及び
このフラッパアッシーを移動させ、上記供気ノズルと排気ノズルの開口端とフラッパアッシーの一対の開閉制御面との距離を一方で増加させ他方で減少させるフラッパアッシー移動機構;を備え、
上記フラッパアッシー移動機構は、上記フラッパアッシーに固定した永久磁石と、この永久磁石との間で電磁作用を生じさせ該フラッパアッシーを移動させる固定コイルとを有する電磁駆動機構であり、
上記永久磁石は円柱状をなし、上記フラッパアッシーは上記開閉制御面を有する一対のフラッパを備えていて、この一対のフラッパの中心部間が、該円柱状永久磁石と該円柱状永久磁石の両端部に位置するマグネットヨークとを含む接続部材によって接続されており、この円柱状永久磁石及び一対のマグネットヨークの外囲に、上記一対のフラッパの中間位置から対称に配置される一対の固定コイルと、この固定コイルの両側および外囲に位置するコイルヨークとが構成され、上記コイルヨークのフラッパ側端面は、上記固定コイルへの非通電状態で、上記一対のマグネットヨークの外側端面より外側に位置し、かつ、上記一対の固定コイルには、互いに逆方向に電流が流れるように制御される、
ことを特徴とする流体制御弁。 - 請求項1記載の流体制御弁において、上記フラッパアッシーをその一対の開閉制御面の一方が供気ノズルに密着して閉じる方向に移動付勢するばね手段が設けられている流体制御弁。
- 請求項1または2記載の流体制御弁において、上記供気ノズルのフラッパアッシー側端部には、径を徐々に拡げる拡径テーパ面が形成されており、該供気ノズルに対応する開閉制御面は、この拡径テーパ面に対応する円錐状開閉制御面である流体制御弁。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の流体制御弁において、上記排気ノズルは、一定径であり、該排気ノズルに対応する開閉制御面は、フラッパアッシーから離れるに従い径を縮めるニードル形状である流体制御弁。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の流体制御弁において、上記フラッパアッシーは、周縁部を固定したフラッパと、このフラッパの中心部に一体に設けた上記一対の開閉制御面とを備えている流体制御弁。
- 請求項5記載の流体制御弁において、上記フラッパアッシーのフラッパは該フラッパアッシーの両端部に一対が備えられており、該一対のフラッパに一体にそれぞれ上記供気ノズルと上記排気ノズルの開口端に対向する開閉制御面が設けられている流体制御弁。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項記載の流体制御弁において、上記フラッパアッシーは、上記供気ノズルと上記排気ノズルの開口端面に直交する直線方向に移動する流体制御弁。
