Claims (3)
- 相互に結合される第1および第2ケース半体(17,18)から成るケース(12)に、該ケース(12)から突出する側に弾発付勢された出力軸(13)が軸方向に往復作動することを可能として支承され、電動モータ(15)と、該電動モータ(15)の回転動力を前記ケース(12)内に引き込む側に前記出力軸(13)を駆動する軸方向動力に変換するようにして前記電動モータ(15)および前記出力軸(13)間に設けられる動力変換手段(16)とが前記ケース(12)に収納されるアクチュエータにおいて、前記動力変換手段(16)は、ねじ軸(28)と、該ねじ軸(28)および前記電動モータ(15)間に設けられる減速機構(29)とから成り、函状に形成される第1ケース半体(17)の側壁(17a)に挿通孔(40)が設けられ、前記ねじ軸(28)を螺合せしめる螺合部(44)を軸方向内端側に有して前記挿通孔(40)に挿通される前記出力軸(13)に、前記螺合部(44)に螺合されたねじ軸(28)の一端側を臨ませる長孔(45)が軸方向に長く延びて設けられ、前記長孔(45)の長手方向両端壁に当接することで前記出力軸(13)の軸方向移動端を規制するストッパ(46)が、第1ケース半体(17)が備える前記側壁(17a)の内面および前記螺合部(44)間で前記長孔(45)に挿通されて第1ケース半体(17)に嵌合、支持され、前記ねじ軸(28)の他端部および第1ケース半体(17)間に、前記出力軸(13)を前記ケース(12)から突出させる側に前記ねじ軸(28)を回転付勢するばね力を発揮する渦巻きばね(14)が設けられることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
- 前記渦巻きばね(14)を収納するばねケース(56)が、第1ケース半体(17)に嵌合、支持され、前記ねじ軸(28)の他端部が前記渦巻きばね(14)の内端に係合され、前記渦巻きばね(14)の外端が前記ばねケース(56)に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記挿通孔(40)の断面形状が前記出力軸(13)の回転を阻止する形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のアクチュエータ。
