Claims (17)
- ジャガイモ塊茎の萌芽の数を増加させ、又は、萌芽の長さを増大させるジャガイモの処理方法であって、ジャガイモ塊茎にアミノエトキシビニルグリシン又はその塩若しくは誘導体を1ppm〜5000ppmの濃度の水溶液として投与すること又は1−メチルシクロプロペン又はその誘導体を0.001ppm〜1000ppmの濃度のガスとして投与することを含む前記方法。
- アミノエトキシビニルグリシンの前記水溶液が、さらに、0.01〜0.5%(v/v)の界面活性剤も含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤が、ポリアルキレン変性ヘプタメチルトリシロキサンである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ジャガイモ塊茎の品種が、ゴールド・ラッシュ(Gold Rush)、アイリッシュ・コブラー(Irish Cobbler)、ケネバック(Kennebac)、ノルコタ(Norkotah)、ノーランド(Norland)、レッド・ラソーダ(Red
Lasoda)、レッド・ノーランド(Red Norland)、レッド・ポンティアック(Red Pontiac)、ルーセット・バーバンク(Russet Burbank)、及び、スーペリア(Superior)からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ジャガイモ塊茎の萌芽の数を増加させる方法であって、休眠中のジャガイモ塊茎にアミノエトキシビニルグリシンを1ppm〜5000ppmの濃度の水溶液として又は1−メチルシクロプロペンを0.001ppm〜1000ppmの濃度のガスとして投与して該塊茎の萌芽を促進することを含む前記方法。
- 前記水溶液が、さらに、0.01〜0.5%(v/v)の界面活性剤も含んでいる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤が、ポリアルキレン変性ヘプタメチルトリシロキサンである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ジャガイモ塊茎が、スーペリア、レッド・ポンティアック、ノルコタ、ゴールド・ラッシュ、及び、アイリッシュ・コブラーからなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ジャガイモ塊茎における萌芽の伸長速度を増大させる方法であって、ジャガイモ塊茎にアミノエトキシビニルグリシンを1ppm〜5000ppmの濃度の水溶液として又は1−メチルシクロプロペンを0.001ppm〜1000ppmの濃度のガスとして投与して萌芽の伸長を促進することを含む前記方法。
- 前記水溶液が、さらに、0.01〜0.5%(v/v)の界面活性剤も含んでいる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤が、ポリアルキレン変性ヘプタメチルトリシロキサンである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ジャガイモ塊茎が、スーペリア、レッド・ポンティアック、ノルコタ、ゴールド・ラッシュ、ルーセット・バーバンク、及び、アイリッシュ・コブラーからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ジャガイモ塊茎において萌芽の先端のネクロシスの発生率を低下させる方法であって、該ジャガイモ塊茎にアミノエトキシビニルグリシンを1ppm〜5000ppmの濃度の水溶液として投与して萌芽の先端のネクロシスを低減させることを含む前記方法。
- アミノエトキシビニルグリシンを、1ppm〜2000ppmの濃度の水溶液として投与する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液が、さらに、0.01〜0.5%(v/v)の界面活性剤も含んでいる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤が、ポリアルキレン変性ヘプタメチルトリシロキサンである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ジャガイモ塊茎が、スーペリア、ルーセット・バーバンク、ノルコタ、ケネバック、アイリッシュ・コブラー、及び、レッド・ラソーダからなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載の方法。
