Abstract

"MéTODO DE PROMOVER O ESTABELECIMENTO DE CULTURA PREMATURA EM UMA VARIEDADE DE TUBéRCULOS DE BATATA, O NúMERO DE REBENTOS POR TUBéRCULO DE BATATAS E A TAXA DE ALONGAMENTO DE REBENTO EM TUBéRCULOS DE BATATA E DE REDUZIR A INCIDêNCIA DE NECROSE DE PONTA DE REBENTO EM UMA VARIEDADE DE TUBéRCULOS DE BATATA". Esta invenção é dirigida a um método para promover o estabelecimento prematuro de culturas de batata e é particularmente dirigida à promoção de número e comprimento de rebentos de batata,. e redução de necrose da ponta do rebento. Em um aspecto da invenção, um método é provido para aumentar o número de rebentos por tubérculo, compreendendo as etapas de administração de uma quantidade eficaz de aminoetoxivinilglicina ou 1-metilciclopropeno para o tubérculo para promover a formação de rebentos no tubérculo. Em outro aspecto da invenção, um método é provido para promover o alongamento dos rebentos, compreendendo as etapas de administrar uma quantidade eficaz de aminoetoxivinilglicina e 1-metilciclopropeno ao tubérculo para promover o alongamento do tubérculo. Em ainda outro aspecto da invenção, um método é provido para reduzir a necrose da ponta do rebento, compreendendo as etapas de administrar uma quantidade eficaz de aminoetoxivinilglicina ao tubérculo para reduzir a necrose da ponta do rebento.
