Description
本発明は紫外線の照射なしでも超親水性を長時間に渡って保持し得る特性を有する超親水性部材の製造方法を提供することを目的としている。

Claims (3)
- 薄膜状態の二酸化チタンからなる酸化物の表面を300〜1200℃で1〜30秒間バーナーで火炎処理することにより該酸化物に超親水性を付与するか、該酸化物の超親水性を増強するか又は回復させることを特徴とする超親水性部材の製造方法。
- 二酸化チタンと、二酸化ケイ素及び三酸化タングステンの少なくとも1種とからなり、その組成が一般式(1−x−y)TiO2・xSiO2・yWO3で表して0≦x≦0.5、0≦y≦0.5且つ0<x+y≦0.5である薄膜状態の酸化物を火炎処理する請求項1記載の超親水性部材の製造方法。
- 平板状、線状又は製品形状の基体の上に形成されている薄膜状態の酸化物を火炎処理する請求項1又は2記載の超親水性部材の製造方法。
