Description

Claims (6)
- 複数の製造品を一緒に固定するためのファスナーであって、前記ファスナーは、
(a)クラウン部、製造品を貫通するために適合させた傾斜部、及び前記クラウンと前記傾斜部との間に配置された少なくとも1つの内部空間を含む細長い本体であって、厚さ寸法を有する前記細長い本体と、
(b)前記クラウンと前記傾斜部の間で前記細長い本体によって運ばれ、貫通後、製造品を一緒に把持及び固定するために適合される少なくとも1つの固定部材であって、
前記少なくとも1つの固定部材は、前記少なくとも1つの内部空間に収納されるように適合され、そして縦軸を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの固定部材は、前記縦軸に関して変形されており、
前記少なくとも1つの変形した固定部材は、前記少なくとも1つの固定部材の弾力を最適化するために前記細長い本体の前記厚さ寸法に対して薄くされている部分を有し、
前記固定部材の薄くなった部分は、固定部材の長さの大部分に沿って延設されることを特徴とする前記固定部材とを備えるファスナー。 - 前記固定部材の第一端部は、前記細長い本体と一体に形成され、前記細長い本体と固定部材の薄くなった部分との間の厚さが徐々に減少するテーパー部を備える請求項1に記載のファスナー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定部材の少なくとも1面における少なくとも1本の境界線は、前記薄くなった部分の始まりに付される請求項2に記載のファスナー。
- 前記テーパー部は、前記少なくとも1本の境界線の直前に配置されている請求項3に記載のファスナー。
- 前記薄くなった部分は、前記細長い本体の前記厚さの寸法に対して、ほぼ1/2倍で薄くされる請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のファスナー。
- 前記薄くなった部分は、前記細長い本体の前記厚さの寸法に対して、ほぼ2/5倍で薄くされる請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のファスナー。
