Claims (17)
- OCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネルであって、
能動素子アレイ装置と、カラー・フィルタ装置と、上記能動素子アレイ装置と上記カラー・フィルタ装置との間に配置されるOCB複屈折光学補償液晶層と、を含み、
上記能動素子アレイ装置は、
基板と、
上記基板上に配置される複数の走査線と、
上記基板上に配置される複数のデータ線と、
上記基板上に配置される複数の画素ユニットと、を含み、上記画素ユニットの各々は上記走査線の1つおよび上記データ線の1つへ電気的に接続され、
上記カラー・フィルタ装置は、
基板と、
上記基板上に配置されるカラー・フィルタ・アレイと、を含み、上記カラー・フィルタ・アレイはブラック・マトリクスと、カラー・フィルタ層とを有し、
上記カラー・フィルタ・アレイを覆って配置される共通電極と、
上記共通電極を覆いかつ上記走査線および上記データ線の少なくとも一方に対応して配置される複数の電極線と、
上記電極線が上記共通電極から電気的に絶縁されるように、上記共通電極と上記電極線との間に配置される絶縁層と、を含み、
OCB複屈折光学補償液晶層は上記走査線または上記データ線および上記電極線によって形成される電界を介して、スプレー状態からベンド状態へ遷移することを特徴とするOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。 - 上記走査線および上記データ線は、上記カラー・フィルタ装置上の上記ブラック・マトリクスに対応して配置される請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 各画素ユニットは上記走査線の1つおよび上記データ線の1つへ電気的に接続され、各画素ユニットは能動素子と画素電極とを備える請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記能動素子は上記対応する走査線およびデータ線へ電気的に接続され、上記画素電極は上記能動素子へ電気的に接続される請求項3記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記カラー・フィルタ・アレイと上記共通電極との間に配置されるフラットな層をさらに備える請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記電極線は上記ブラック・マトリクスを覆って配置される請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記電極線の材料には金属が含まれる請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記カラー・フィルタ装置はさらに、上記共通電極および上記電極線を被覆するアラインメント層を備える請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 第1の電圧信号ソースと第2の電圧信号ソースとをさらに備え、上記電極線は上記第1の電圧信号ソースへ電気的に接続され、上記共通電極は上記第2の電圧信号ソースへ電気的に接続され、上記第1の電圧信号ソースは第1の電圧を供給し、上記第2の電圧信号ソースは第2の電圧を供給し、上記第1の電圧は上記第2の電圧より大きい請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記ブラック・マトリクスの材料には、金属および樹脂の一方が含まれる請求項1記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- OCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネルであって、
能動素子アレイ装置と、カラー・フィルタ装置と、上記能動素子アレイ装置と上記カラー・フィルタ装置との間に配置されるOCB複屈折光学補償液晶層と、を含み、
上記能動素子アレイ装置は、
基板と、
上記基板上に配置される複数の走査線と、
上記基板上に配置される複数のデータ線と、
上記基板上に配置される複数の画素ユニットと、を含み、各画素ユニットは上記走査線の1つおよび上記データ線の1つへ電気的に接続され、
上記カラー・フィルタ装置は、
基板と、
上記基板上に配置されるカラー・フィルタ・アレイと、を含み、上記カラー・フィルタ・アレイはブラック・マトリクスと、カラー・フィルタ層とを備え、上記ブラック・マト
リクスは導電材料で製造されかつ上記基板上に複数の画素領域を画定し、上記カラー・フィルタ層は上記画素領域内に配置され、上記ブラック・マトリクスの表面を被覆する絶縁層と、
上記カラー・フィルタ・アレイおよび上記絶縁層上に配置されるフラットな層と、
上記フラットな層上の上記画素領域内に形成された共通電極にスリットパターンとして配置される複数の電極パターンと、を含み、上記ブラック・マトリクスを電極線とし、上記OCB複屈折光学補償液晶層は上記走査線または上記データ線および上記電極線によって形成される電界を介して、スプレー状態からベンド状態へ遷移することを特徴とするOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。 - 上記走査線および上記データ線は上記カラー・フィルタ装置上の上記ブラック・マトリクスに対応して配置される請求項11記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 各画素ユニットは上記走査線の1つおよび上記データ線の1つへ電気的に接続され、各画素ユニットは能動素子と画素電極とを備える請求項11記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記能動素子は上記対応する走査線およびデータ線へ電気的に接続され、上記画素電極は上記能動素子へ電気的に接続される請求項13記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 第1の電圧信号ソースと第2の電圧信号ソースとをさらに備え、上記ブラック・マトリクスは上記第1の電圧信号ソースへ電気的に接続され、上記電極パターン は上記第2の電圧信号ソースへ電気的に接続され、上記第1の電圧信号ソースは第1の電圧を供給し、上記第2の電圧信号ソースは共通電圧を供給し、上記第1 の電圧は上記共通電圧より大きい請求項11記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
- 上記電極パターンは、上記ブラック・マトリクスを被覆することなく上記カラー・フィルタ層を覆って配置される請求項11記載のOCBモードの複屈折光学補償LCDパネル。
