Claims (5)
- 데이터 라인과 게이트 라인에 연결된 제1 스위칭 소자, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자에 연결된 제2 스위칭 소자, 상기 제1 및 제2 스위칭 소자 중 어느 하나에 결합된 투명 전극 및 상기 제1 및 제2 스위칭 소자 중 나머지 하나에 결합된 반사 전극으로 이루어진 제1 기판;상기 투명 전극 및 반사 전극과 마주보는 공통 전극이 형성된 제2 기판; 및상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판과의 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자는 제1 전극이 상기 데이터 라인에 연결되고, 제2 전극이 상기 게이트 라인에 연결되며, 제3 전극이 상기 투명 전극이 연결된 제1 NMOS 트랜지스터이고,상기 제2 스위칭 소자는 제1 전극이 상기 제3 전극에 연결되고, 제2 전극이 상기 게이트 라인에 연결되며, 제3 전극이 상기 반사 전극에 연결된 제2 NMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 전극에 인가되는 제1 전압은 상기 투명 전극에 인가되는 제2 전압보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 데이터 라인과 게이트 라인에 각각 연결된 스위칭 소자, 상기 스위칭 소자에 결합된 투명 전극, 상기 스위칭 소자에 결합된 반사 전극 및 상기 반사 전극과 절연막을 사이에 두고 마주보는 금속배선으로 이루어진 제1 기판;상기 투명 전극 및 반사 전극과 마주보는 공통 전극이 형성된 제2 기판; 및상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판과의 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속배선은 상기 게이트 라인으로부터 상기 반사 전극측으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
