Description
Claims (6)
- 商用車のための、ニューマチック式に操作可能なディスクブレーキであって、
a)ブレーキディスク(3)に跨るブレーキキャリパ(1)と、
b)ブレーキシリンダ(31)と、少なくとも1つの押圧部材(23,25)と、ブレーキシリンダ(31)の力を押圧部材(23,25)に伝達する旋回レバー(27)とを備えた、ディスクブレーキを締結するための締結装置と、
c)ブレーキライニングおよびブレーキディスクの少なくとも一方の磨耗を補償するための後調節システムとが設けられており、
d)該後調節システムが少なくとも1つの電動モータ(41)と、該電動モータ(41)により駆動される少なくとも1つの後調節装置(15,17)とを有しており、該後調節装置(15,17)が、前記押圧部材(23,25)と協働する少なくとも1つの後調節スリーブ(19,21)を有している
形式のものにおいて、
e)少なくとも1つまたは複数の電動モータ(41′,41″)が外部から接近可能にブレーキキャリパ(1)に配置されており、
f)少なくとも1つの電動モータ(41′,41″)が駆動結合部を介して、ブレーキキャリパ内の少なくとも1つの後調節装置(15,17)に連結されており、
g)駆動結合部の少なくとも一部が、ブレーキキャリパ壁を貫くシャフト(53)として、連結のために形成されており、
h)旋回レバー(27)が孔(55)を有しており、該孔(55)を通してシャフト(53)が外部に案内されており、かつ
i)シャフト(53)が歯車(39)を有しており、該歯車(39)が直接、または介在する別の歯車(33〜37)を介して押圧部材(23,25)または後調節スリーブ(19,21)に設けられた歯車に咬合する
ことを特徴とする、電動モータ式に操作される後調節システムを備えたディスクブレーキ。 - 少なくとも1つの電動モータ(41′,41″)が全体的にまたは部分的に、ブレーキキャリパ(1)の外面に設けられた切欠き(56)内に係入する、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 少なくとも1つの電動モータ(41′,41″)にカバー(57)が設けられている、請求項1または2記載のディスクブレーキ。
- ブレーキディスクの両側に、それぞれ1つの後調節装置(15,17)が配置されており、前記駆動結合部が、複数の押圧部材(23a,23b;25a,25b)の運動を同期化する歯車機構を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 後調節システムがブレーキディスクの片側または両側で、前組立て可能な後調節器モジュールとして形成されており、該後調節器モジュールが少なくとも:
‐電動モータ(41′,41″)を少なくとも1つの後調節装置(15,17)に連結する、減速伝動装置として形成された駆動結合部を有しており、
‐少なくとも1つの取付プレート(42,43)に、後調節スリーブ(19,21)が設置されている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。 - ディスクブレーキが浮動キャリパ、固定キャリパまたはスライディングキャリパを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
