Description
- 平坦な表面は、穴の入り口の周囲に形成され;
- 穴は、支持要素のうちの一つの、回転を防止するための回転防止形状を備えている。
本体の管状部分9aの周囲の、締付けガスケット14、スペースワッシャ、位置決めワッシャ16及びナット13を逐次係合した後で、穴15の中へ本体を挿入する間に、位置決めワッシャ16がノズル1にもたれかかる時に、基盤9bは穴5の底部端5bに近接するように、ナットは基盤から距離を置いた位置までネジ込まれる。
Claims (11)
- 円筒状穴(5)を備えた表面を有する耐火要素(1)に流体循環ライン(6)を接続するための装置であって、穴の中に設置されるようになっているガスケット(14)と、該穴の外側から該ガスケットを圧縮する第一支持要素(13)と、を具備する装置において、該装置が、第二支持要素(9b)及びロッド(9a)を備えていて、該第二支持要素(9b)は、該第一支持要素(13)と共に該ガスケット(14)を挟み込んで、該穴に差入れることが可能であって、該ロッド(9a)は、軸方向に該ガスケットを圧縮して、堅固な接続を確保するための該穴の壁に対して半径方向の伸長を発生するように、該二つの支持要素が該ガスケットへ軸方向の圧力を作用できるように、該二つの支持要素をより接近させることが可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 該ロッド(9a)に、又は該第一支持要素に該ライン(6)を連結するための手段(11)を具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該ガスケット(14)が、グラファイトから作られる、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 該ロッドと該支持要素の熱膨張を補償するために、弾性を有するワッシャが該ガスケットと並置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 該ロッドが、それを通って延びる流体通路(9c)を有する管状体(9a)である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 該ロッド(9a)が、おネジ(10)を包含し、一方、該支持要素の少なくとも一つ(13)が、かみ合う、めネジを包含し、該ロッドに該支持要素をネジ込むことにより、該二つの支持要素がより接近する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 該ロッド(9a)が、該支持要素(9b)の一つと一体化する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 回転防止手段が、該穴の中に差込まれる該ロッドの回転を阻止するために備えられる、請求項7に記載の装置。
- スペースワッシャ(15)が、該第一支持要素(13)の側部で該ガスケット(14)と並置される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 二つの支持要素(9b、13)を受容するために一定の大きさに作られた円筒状の穴(5)と、これらの二つの支持要素(9b、13)によって挟み込まれる締付けガスケット(14)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置と、を具備する、耐火要素(1)のアセンブリ。
- 平坦な表面が、該耐火要素の該穴(5)の入口の周囲に形成される、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
