Description
図1は第1実施形態の熱交換器10の全体構成を示す図であり、図1aは空気の流通方向から見た正面図、図1bは左側から見た図、図1cは右側端から見た図、図1dは図1a中の矢印A、B、C、D、Eの方向からみた各異形チューブシートの概略形状を示すもので閉鎖型の異形タンク部(黒丸)の位置を示す図である。図2は扁平チューブを構成するチューブシートの構成図であり、図2aは通常形チューブシートの斜視図、図2bは異形チューブシートの斜視図である。また、図3は実施形態の熱交換器であって、図3aは上面図であり図3bは下面図である。また、図4は図3中IX−IX線に沿う断面図である。
図5および図6は本発明の第2実施形態を示す。

Claims (1)
- 長手方向に延びる冷媒通路用の2本の凹部(21)とこの2本の凹部(21)の両端から突設された4つの筒状のタンク部(22)とを有するチューブシート(1)を対面配置することで扁平チューブ(11)を形成し、該扁平チューブ(11)を複数多段に積層して形成される熱交換器(10、10C)であって、
前記扁平チューブ(11)のチューブシート(1)は、通常形チューブシート(1A)と異形チューブシート(1B、1C)とを含み、
前記通常形チューブシート(1A)のタンク部(22)は全て通常形のタンク部(22A)であり、
前記異形チューブシート(1B、1C)のタンク部(22)には、前記通常形のタンク部(22A)に加え前記通常形のタンク部(22A)とは異なる形状の異形タンク部(22B、22C)が含まれており、
前記異形チューブシート(1B、1C)は、両端部かつ前記2本の凹部(21)のうち前記異形タンク部(22B、22C)の存在する側に、積層状態において外部から前記通常形チューブシート(1A)と区別するための識別部(31、32、41、42、51A〜51C、52A〜52C、61A〜61C、62A〜62C)を備え、
区別すべき前記異形タンク(22B、22C)の種類が複数ある構造であって、
前記異形タンク(22B、22C)の種類の応じて前記識別部(31、32、41、42、51A〜51C、52A〜52C、61A〜61C、62A〜62C)の形状、サイズ、位置の少なくとも1つの項目を異ならせることで、異形タンク(22B、22C)の種類を区別する、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
