Description
・尖った縁を備える、開いた第1の端部と、やはり開いている第2の端部とを呈するおおむね円筒形の形状であり、前記第1の端部の壁が生体材料を通過させるための少なくとも1つの穴を呈しているトロカール、
・前記生体材料を収容するためのリザーバであって、2つの開放端を有する実質的に円筒形の部分と、該リザーバの両端部を閉鎖するための着脱可能手段とを備えており、前記円筒形の部分を、トロカールの少なくとも一部分へとトロカールの第2の端部を経由して挿入できるリザーバ、及び、
・前記閉鎖手段が取り除かれたときに前記円筒形の部分に挿入でき、前記円筒形の部分及びトロカールの第1の端部においてスライド可能であるピストン
を有することを特徴とする装置によって達成される。
Claims (11)
- 種々のサイズの粒子又はペーストの形態である生体材料を経皮的に注入するための注入装置であって、
・尖った縁(34)を備える、開いた第1の端部(32)と、やはり開いている第2の端部(42)とを呈するおおむね円筒形の形状であり、前記第1の端部の壁が生体材料を通過させるための少なくとも1つの穴(36、38)を呈しているトロカール(12)、
・前記生体材料を収容するためのリザーバ(14)であって、2つの開放端(54、56)を有する実質的に円筒形の部分(20)と、該リザーバの両端部を閉鎖するための着脱可能手段(22、24)とを備えており、前記円筒形の部分を、トロカールの少なくとも一部分へとトロカールの第2の端部を経由して挿入でき、前記円筒形の部分は全長の内径が実質的に一定であるリザーバ(14)、及び
・前記閉鎖手段が取り除かれたときに前記円筒形の部分に挿入でき、前記円筒形の部分の長さ全体及びトロカールの第1の端部においてスライド可能であるピストン(16)
を有することを特徴とする装置。 - トロカール(12)の第2の端部が、トロカールをトロカールの長手軸を中心として回転させることができるようにするための外的手段(48)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- トロカール(12)の回転を容易にするための手段が、トロカールの第2の端部(42)に配置された外向きのカラー(48)を有しており、該カラーが、回転工具と協働するための手段(50、52)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバ(14)が挿入されていないときにトロカール(12)の第2の端部(42)に取り外し可能に取り付けるために適している衝撃エンドピース(18)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- トロカール(12)の内壁が、第1の端部(32)の付近に、リザーバの円筒形の部分が係合できる範囲を制限するための当接部(44)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記当接部が、トロカールの内壁の段部(44)であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- リザーバ(14)の円筒形の部分(20)の内径が、前記トロカール(12)の前記内側の段部(44)と前記尖った縁(34)との間を広がる部位の内径に実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- トロカール(12)の外壁が、トロカールの係合可能範囲を制限するために、前記内側の段部(44)に対応する段部(46)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- トロカール(12)の第1の端部(32)の外面が、トロカールの軸と平行に延びる少なくとも1つの刃(70)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- トロカール(12)の第1の端部の尖った縁(34)が、トロカールの長手軸に直交しない平面内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- トロカール(12)の第1の端部(32)の内径が、9mm〜15mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
