Claims (2)
- 一群の米パック(P)を収容する保冷庫本体(1)と、保冷庫本体(1)の天井壁(1a)の外面に配置される冷却ユニット(2)とを備えており、
冷却ユニット(2)は、圧縮機(10)と、凝縮器(11)と、凝縮器用の凝縮器ファン(12)と、蒸発器(13)と、蒸発器用の蒸発器ファン(14)と、保冷庫本体(1)の上面に配置されて、蒸発器(13)および蒸発器ファン(14)を収容する冷熱交換箱(15)と、蒸発器(13)から滴下する結露水を冷熱交換箱(15)の外に排出し蒸発させるドレン構造とを含み、
冷熱交換箱(15)は、保冷庫本体(1)の天井壁(1a)に開口した吸込通路(4)と送給通路(5)とを介して庫内空間と連通されて、その内部に設けた循環通路(22)に蒸発器(13)と、蒸発器ファン(14)とが配置されており、
ドレン構造は、蒸発器(13)の下面側に配置される集水皿(33)と、冷熱交換箱(15)の外に配置される蒸発皿(34)と、集水皿(33)と蒸発皿(34)とを連通する排水パイプ(35)とを含み、
凝縮器ファン(12)と、凝縮器(11)と、圧縮機(10)とが、前方から後方へ向かって一直線状に保冷庫本体(1)の上面に記載順に配置されており、
凝縮器ファン(12)と対向するカバー(16)の前壁には吸風口(17)が開口され、圧縮機(10)に臨むカバー(16)の後面は開放してあり、
凝縮器(11)および圧縮機(10)は、それぞれ保冷庫本体(1)の上面に固定したベース枠(26・30)上に支持されており、
凝縮器(11)は、水平方向に繰り返し反転屈曲された複数列の冷媒管(24)で構成される凝縮層を、上下方向に多層状に配置してなるものであり、
蒸発皿(34)の上面開口の全体が、凝縮器(11)を通過した温排風の通風領域内に臨む状態で、両ベース枠(26・30)と保冷庫本体(1)の上面との間に配置してあり、
蒸発皿(34)を両ベース枠(26・30)と保冷庫本体(1)の上面との間に配置したとき、凝縮器(11)および圧縮機(10)は、蒸発皿(34)の上部に位置するようになっており、
凝縮器ファン(12)から送給される冷却空気、および凝縮器(11)を通過した温排風が、蒸発皿(34)内の排水と接触するようになっている米保冷庫。 - 排水パイプ(35)が、集水皿(33)から蒸発皿(34)へ向かって下り傾斜する状態で配置されており、
排水パイプ(35)の中途部に、通気を阻止しながら排水の通過を許すトラップ(36)が配置してある請求項1に記載の米保冷庫。
