Description
15が取付けられており、主励磁機および副励磁機の回転子は主機回転軸の回転に伴って回転するよう構成されている。本実施例において、副励磁機は主励磁機と軸方向に見て反対側に取付けてある。これにより、タービン発電機全体の軸長短縮が可能である。しかし、軸方向反対側に取付けるにあたっては、回転軸の径が大きく回転速度が高速であること、カップリング18と軸受16との間の限られた空間に取付ける必要があることが課題となる。
1)回転軸径が大きく、回転速度が速い状態でも本発明記載のポールシュー形状により
、反りやめくれを防いでいること、
2)本発明記載の固定子鉄心形状により出力低下を防ぎ、副励磁機の体格が小型化され て限られた空間に取付け可能であること
が本実施例の構成を可能なことより、タービン発電機システムの劣化を防止することができ、寿命を長くすることができる。さらには径方向からのボルト締めを行うことにより、製作およびメンテナンスも容易に行うことが出来る。
Claims (6)
- 永久磁石と前記永久磁石外径側に前記永久磁石を保持するポールシューとを回転子に備え、前記ポールシューの軸方向端部における外径寸法を軸方向中央部における外径寸法よりも小さくすると共に、前記ポールシューの軸方向中心位置にボルト穴を設け、このボルト穴を通してボルトにより径方向から締めつけることによりポールシューおよび永久磁石を保持すると共に、前記ポールシューおよび/または永久磁石の径方向断面を円形または楕円形としたことを特徴とする回転電機。
- 前記回転子の外径側に固定子鉄心を有し、前記回転子鉄心の全て又は一部を磁性粉末により形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記回転子の外径側に固定子鉄心を有し、前記回転子鉄心の軸方向端部における内径寸法を軸方向中央部における内径寸法よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記回転子の外径側に固定子鉄心を有し、前記回転子鉄心の軸方向の中央部から端部につれて、段階的に内径寸法を小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 軸方向中央部における内径寸法と異なる内径寸法を有する部分を、磁性粉末により形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 軸方向中央部における内径寸法と異なる内径寸法を有する部分の軸側部分を、磁性粉末により形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
