Description
Claims (7)
- 分離クラッチと駆動軸と被駆動軸を備え、異なる変速段を達成するためにかみ合う変速歯車が駆動軸と被駆動軸に配置され、変速歯車がシフトフォーク(6〜12)を介して操作可能なシフトクラッチ(S1〜S4)によって変速機軸(2,4)に摩擦連結可能であり、変速がケーブルおよび/またはシフトロッド構造体によって行われる、内燃機関用多段型手動式変速機において、それぞれ偶数段のギヤ(G2,G4,G6)のための歯車対と奇数段のギヤ(G1,G3,G5,G7)のための歯車対がダブルクラッチ−ギヤセットのように並べて配置され、偶数段のギヤ(G2,G4,G6)と奇数段のギヤ(G1,G3,G5,G7)のシフトクラッチ(S1〜S4)を操作するためのH形シフトを実現するために、それぞれ1本のシフト軸(14,16)が設けられ、両シフト軸が共通の選択制御部および/またはシフト制御部を介して操作可能であること、
シフト制御部がケーブルまたはシフトロッドに連結され少なくとも1個の案内軌道(22,24,F)を有し、かつ回転可能に設けられたスライド案内要素(18)と、両シフト軸(14,16)のための各々1個のレバー変向システム(31,33)を備えること、
変向システム(31,33)の第1の端部が案内ピン(26,28,F)を介してスライド案内要素(18)の案内軌道(22,24)に係合し、変向システムの第2の端部が案内ピン(52,54)を介して、シフト軸(14,16)に固定されたブッシュ(60,62)の案内溝(56,58)に係合すること、および
レバー変向システム(31,33)がそれぞれ支承環(46,48)を備えており、スライド案内要素(18)の回転によりレバー変向システム(31,33)がそれぞれ支承環(46,48)の周りを回転する結果、スライド案内要素(18)の回転がシフト軸(14,16)の回転へと伝達されることを特徴とする多段型手動式変速機。 - シフト軸(14,16)に設けられたシフトフィンガ(78〜84)がシフトプレート(86)のシフト口(88)と協働し、シフトプレートがそれぞれシフトフォーク(6〜12)に連結され、かつシフト軸(14,16)の回転運動を選択されたシフトプレート(86)またはシフトフォーク(8〜12)の並進運動に変換するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多段型手動式変速機。
- シフトプレート(86)がそれぞれ、対向する2つのシフト口(88)を備え、シフトプレート(86)のためのシフトフィンガ(78〜84)が軸方向に互いにずらしてかつ半径方向に180°だけ互いにずらして配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の多段型手動式変速機。
- 選択操作部が、各シフト軸(14)または(16)を新たなシフトゲートに移行するためにケーブルまたはシフトロッドに連結されたレバー要素(72)を備え、レバー要素(72)の両端が各々1個の案内ピン(68,70)を介して、シフト軸(14,16)に固定されたブッシュ(60,62)の各々1つの案内溝(64,66)に係合していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の多段型手動式変速機。
- シフト制御および選択操作のためのブッシュ(60,62)が一部品として一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または4に記載の多段型手動式変速機。
- シフト軸(14,16)に各々1本のロック軸(90,92)が付設され、このロック軸がシフト軸(14,16)を介して軸方向に案内され、かつ選択されないシフトフォーク(6〜12)のためのロック構造体(98,100)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の多段型手動式変速機。
- ロック軸(90,92)がロックピン(98)を備え、このロックピンが選択されないシフトフォーク(6〜12)のシフトプレート(86)のロック溝(100)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の多段型手動式変速機。
