Description
Claims (10)
- バルブ開口を備えるバルブ本体と、第1及び第2の面を備え、前記バルブ開口を開放する初期位置と前記バルブ開口を完全に覆う終端位置との間を移動するバルブプレートとを有し、該移動経路がバルブの制御領域を形成する制御スライドバルブにおいて、
前記バルブプレートは前記第1の面に、前記バルブプレートの終端位置において前記バルブ開口を軸方向から見て前記バルブ開口を囲む円環状の接触リングを備え、前記接触リングは、前記バルブプレートにスプリング手段により支持されて、前記バルブプレートの第1の面より突出しており、前記バルブプレートの前記終端位置において、前記接触リングは前記スプリング手段の付勢力に抗して前記バルブプレートの方向に押圧され、少なくともその周囲の面を越えて前記バルブ本体の接触面に接触し、
前記バルブをシールするためのシール接合部材を備え、前記シール接合部材は、前記バルブプレートの終端位置において、前記バルブプレートから離間した位置と、前記第2の面で前記バルブプレートに係合して前記バルブ本体に対して前記バルブプレートをシールする位置との間を移動し、
前記バルブプレートの終端位置において、少なくとも前記接触リングの周方向の1点で前記接触リングと対向する接触面との間に残留ギャップが形成され、
前記シール接合部材は、前記バルブ本体のシール面に接触する第1シールリングと、前記バルブプレートの前記シール接合部材に面する前記第2の面に接触する第2シールリングとを備えていることを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。 - 請求項1記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記接触リングは、前記バルブプレートに設けられた円環状の溝部に装着されることを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
- 請求項2記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記溝部の両側の側壁に、前記溝部の底側の広幅領域よりも上側の狭幅領域の幅を狭めるようなアンダーカット部が設けられ、
前記スプリング手段は、前記接触リングの周方向上に互いに間隔を置いて配置された複数のヘリカルスプリングを有し、
前記ヘリカルスプリングは前記溝部の広幅の領域に配置され、前記ヘリカルスプリングの直径は前記溝部の狭幅領域の幅より大であり、前記溝部の側壁に設けられた前記アンダーカット部に係合することを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。 - 請求項1記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記接触リングは、分断され、分断された両端部は周方向に所定の距離だけオーバーラップしていることを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
- 請求項1記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記残留ギャップは、前記バルブプレートが終端位置に移動するとき、前記バルブプレートが前記バルブ開口を最後に覆う接触リングの領域に位置することを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
- 請求項1記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記接触リングの残留ギャップ形成領域において、前記接触リングを部分的押圧状態に保持する押圧部が、部分的に接触リングの残留ギャップを形成することを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
- 請求項1記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記接触リングは、支持リングにより前記バルブプレートの溝部に保持され、前記支持リングは前記溝部の側壁の凹部に挿入されていることを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
- 請求項2記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記接触リングは、アンダーカット部を有する前記バルブプレートの溝部に挿入され、該アンダーカット部が前記接触リングの係止面を形成することを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
- 請求項8記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記溝部は拡幅部を有し、該拡幅部により前記分断された接触リングがその分断端部から前記溝部に挿入可能とされていることを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
- 請求項1記載の制御スライドバルブにおいて、前記バルブプレートは、前記初期位置と終端位置との間を移動するとき、前記バルブ本体の接触面に近接していることを特徴とする制御スライドバルブ。
