Abstract
本发明公开了冶炼领域的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,包括真空隔离阀装置和电气控制箱;所述真空隔离阀装置包括阀体和阀板;所述真空隔离阀设有阀板回转装置;所述真空隔离阀装置设有阀板压紧装置;所述真空隔离阀装置连接所述电气控制箱。其技术效果是:在整个加料过程中确保熔炼室腔体内始终为真空环境,即在不停炉的情况下,完成加料动作,节省了装料,等待冷却的时间。连续的生产在增加效率的同时也增加了合金的产量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于金属冶炼领域的真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀。
背景技术
真空感应熔炼是典型的特殊冶金手段之一,受到了国内外钢铁冶金领域的广泛关注。真空感应炉是在真空条件下应用中频感应加热原理,使金属熔化的真空冶炼成套设备。是当今冶金领域从事生产镍基高温合金、钛合金、不锈钢、超高强度钢等特种合金材料的重要真空冶炼设备之一。同时,真空感应炉也是冶炼及生产高质量合金钢的十分重要和不可替代的设备。
目前国内制造的主流炉型均在3吨以下,但随着中国军工技术的发展,大吨位的真空感应炉需求日益凸显。大型真空感应炉熔炼室与铸模室分开,炉体与铸模间经水平导流槽连通,可连续熔炼,缩短冶炼周期,提高设备利用率。大型真空感应炉如何在熔炼室不停炉的前提下对熔炼室进行加料,完成不停炉加料,实现连续不间断生产,是技术人员的主要目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,用以隔离加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体,并实现对于加料通路启闭的控制,实现了不停炉的情况下的加料动作,节省了装料,等待冷却的时间,连续的生产在增加效率的同时也增加了合金的产量。
实现上述目的的一种技术方案是:一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,用以隔离加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体,包括阀体和阀板;
所述阀体分为第一阀体和第二阀体,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体通过法兰连接,所述第二阀体通过法兰与所述加料室腔体的出料口连接;
所述阀体的出料口位于所述第二阀体上,该出料口被所述阀板封闭,所述阀板与所述熔炼室腔体的上盖焊接形成一体,所述阀体上设有阀板回转装置及阀板压紧装置,所述阀板在所述阀板回转装置的带动下进行回转,或对出料口进行封闭或位于所述第一阀体区域内。
进一步的,所述阀板压紧装置为对称设置在所述阀板两侧的液压缸。
进一步的,所述阀板回转装置为回转液压缸,所述阀板通过阀板摆臂与该回转液压缸连接。
更进一步的,所述阀板上布置有冷却水路,经软管连接至所述阀板摆臂的转动枢轴,并与外冷却水形成回路。
再进一步的,所述压紧液压缸和所述回转液压缸两端有位置检测元件,所述位置检测元件连接一个外部电气控制箱。
进一步的,所述阀板与所述阀体间设置有硅橡胶密封圈。
再进一步的,所述阀板通过复位弹簧与所述阀板摆臂连接。
本发明的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,用以隔离加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体,包括阀体和阀板,阀体分为第一阀体和第二阀体,第一阀体和第二阀体通过法兰连接,所述第二阀体通过法兰与加料室腔体的出料口连接;阀体的出料口位于第二阀体上,该出料口被阀板封闭,阀板与熔炼室腔体的上盖焊接形成一体,阀体上设有阀板回转装置及阀板压紧装置,阀板在阀板回转装置的带动下进行回转,或对出料口进行封闭或位于第一阀体区域内。其技术效果是:将连通的加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体进行相互隔离,保证在上料准备工作进行时,熔炼室腔体处于封闭状态,在熔炼室腔体进行加料时,才开放加料口,减少加料作业对熔炼室腔体造成的影响。

具体实施方式
为了能更好地对本发明的技术方案进行理解,下面通过具体的实施例,并结合附图进行详细地说明:
请参阅图1至图2,真空隔离阀装置包括阀体1、回转液压缸2、压紧液压缸3、阀板4、阀板摆臂5、旋转轴6。
其中阀体1分为第一阀体11和第二阀体12,二者通过法兰连接,通过胶圈密封。第二阀体12通过法兰与加料室腔体的出料口81连接;阀体11的出料口位于第二阀体12上,该出料口被阀板4封闭,阀板4与熔炼室腔体的上盖82焊接形成一体,阀板4与阀体1间设置有硅橡胶密封圈。第二阀体12所在范围覆盖加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体的范围,为进行加料作业时的物料通路。第一阀体11为阀板4在进行位移时提供放置的空间,同时不影响加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体的整体结构。
阀板4通过复位弹簧悬挂在阀板摆臂5上,阀板摆臂5使用平键与旋转轴6固定,旋转轴6与回转液压缸2连接。阀板4关闭时封闭阀体11的出料口,阀板4开启时位于图1中虚线部分位置。阀体4的两侧对称设置有压紧液压缸3。压紧液压缸3和回转液压缸2两端有位置检测元件,位置检测元件连接一个外部电气控制箱,以实现对于阀板4启闭的遥控。
在上料室腔体进行加料准备作业时,阀板4被压紧液压缸3紧紧压在阀体1关闭位置出料口的密封圈上,保持熔炼腔体的密封。当待加物料装载完毕,由电气控制箱控制压紧液压缸3退回到松开位置,在复位弹簧的回复力作用下,阀板4连同熔炼室腔体的上盖被提起,脱离开下方阀体1出料口的密封圈。此时回转液压缸2动作,带动阀板4回转到打开位置。此时上料室腔体与熔炼室腔体的通路被打开,允许进行加料作业。加料作业完毕后,再通过控制回转液压缸2和压紧液压缸3作用,使阀板4重新处于关闭状态。
阀板4上布置有冷却水通道,冷却水通道与布置在旋转轴6芯部的水路连通,再与外部冷却水形成回路。由于阀板4覆盖物料进入熔炼室腔室的进口,该处的温度受到熔炼室腔的影响,因此在阀板4上布置有冷却水通道,与绕过旋转轴6上的水路连通,再与外部冷却水形成回路,对驱动结构进行冷却。
本发明的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,将连通的加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体进行相互隔离,保证在上料准备工作进行时,熔炼室腔体处于封闭状态,在熔炼室腔体进行加料时,才开放加料口,减少加料作业对熔炼室腔体造成的影响。

Claims (7)
1.一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,用以隔离加料室腔体和熔炼室腔体,包括阀体和阀板,其特征在于:
所述阀体分为第一阀体和第二阀体,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体通过法兰连接,所述第二阀体通过法兰与所述加料室腔体的出料口连接;
所述阀体的出料口位于所述第二阀体上,该出料口被所述阀板封闭,所述阀板与所述熔炼室腔体的上盖焊接形成一体,所述阀体上设有阀板回转装置及阀板压紧装置,所述阀板在所述阀板回转装置的带动下进行回转,或对出料口进行封闭或位于所述第一阀体区域内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,其特征在于:所述阀板压紧装置为对称设置在所述阀板两侧的液压缸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,其特征在于:所述阀板回转装置为回转液压缸,所述阀板通过阀板摆臂与该回转液压缸连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,其特征在于:所述阀板上布置有冷却水路,经软管连接至所述阀板摆臂的转动枢轴,并与外冷却水形成回路。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,其特征在于:所述压紧液压缸和所述回转液压缸两端有位置检测元件,所述位置检测元件连接一个外部电气控制箱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,其特征在于:所述阀板与所述阀体间设置有硅橡胶密封圈。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种真空感应炉上加料真空隔离阀,其特征在于:所述阀板通过复位弹簧与所述阀板摆臂连接。
