Description
Claims (23)
- 流路を有するバルブ本体と、
円筒壁と、軸を有するケージ穴と、一又は複数のウィンドウと、当該一又は複数のウィンドウの下方に位置するバルブシートと、前記一又は複数のウィンドウの上方に位置するシールリップと、前記バルブシートと前記一又は複数のウィンドウとの間に配置されて前記バルブシートからの距離の関数として寸法が変化する内部輪郭を有する流量制御部分とを規定する、前記流路内に取り付けられたケージと、
前記ケージ穴内で、閉位置と複数の部分的開位置と開位置との間において軸方向へスライド可能な弁体を有する弁体アセンブリとを備え、
前記ケージ穴の下部は、前記バルブシートの下方に設けられ、
前記弁体は、
その反対端の間に設けられた一又は複数の圧力等化通路と、
前記バルブシートに嵌合するよう形成された座面と、
前記弁体が閉位置にあるときに前記シールリップと嵌合するよう形成された可変形シールリングと、
前記弁体が部分的開位置にあるときに前記弁体と前記ケージ穴の前記流量制御部分との間の間隙を規定することで流体流量を決定し、かつ、前記弁体が開位置にあるときに前記ウィンドウによって流体流量を決定するように構成された円筒部と、
前記座面の下方に設けられ、前記弁体が部分的開位置にあるときに前記ケージの前記下部との間で流量を絞るよう構成された拡大部分と、を有する流体制御弁。 - 前記可変形シールリングは、弾性金属によりなる請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ケージ穴は、シールリップの上方がシールリップの下方よりも大きい直径を有する請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ケージは、軸方向に変形可能な部分を有している請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記弁体アセンブリは、前記弁体の前記可変形シールリングの下方に取り付けられたエラストマリングを更に備える請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記一又は複数のウィンドウは、外側にラッパ状に拡大している請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 流路を有するバルブ本体と、
軸を有するケージ穴と、一又は複数のウィンドウと、当該一又は複数のウィンドウの下方に位置するバルブシートと、当該バルブシートと前記一又は複数のウィンドウとの間に配置されて前記バルブシートからの距離の関数として寸法が変化する内部輪郭を有する流量制御部分とを規定する、前記流路内に取り付けられたケージと、
前記ケージ穴内で、弁体の座面が前記バルブシートに嵌合する閉位置と、流体流量が弁体と前記流量制御部分との間の間隙により決定される部分的開位置と、流体流量がケージの前記ウィンドウにより決定される更なる開位置との間で、軸方向へスライド可能な弁体を有する弁体アセンブリとを備え、
前記弁体が、前記弁体と前記ケージ穴の前記流量制御部分との間の間隙を規定する円筒部と、低流量状態におけるノイズを減少させるべく前記円筒部の上方に設けられて、前記軸に直交する径方向の外方に向かって拡大する断面形状を有する環状拡大溝とを備えている流体制御弁。 - 前記流量制御部分の前記内部輪郭は、前記バルブシートからの距離の指数関数の直径を有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記流量制御部分の前記内部輪郭は、前記バルブシートからの距離の線形関数の直径を有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記環状拡大溝は、前記ケージ穴の軸に対して少なくとも30°の角度で前記円筒部から傾斜した面を有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ケージは、軸方向に変形可能な部分を有している請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記バルブシートに嵌合するための座面と、当該座面の下方の拡大部分とを有しており、前記拡大部分は、湾曲した輪郭の下面を有し、前記座面から離れるように流体を導き、前記弁体の開位置の近傍で前記ウィンドウへ流体流量を案内すべく形成されている請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記バルブシートに嵌合するための座面を有し、前記弁体アセンブリは、
前記座面に隣り合って前記弁体に取り付けられたエラストマリングを更に備える請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記弁体は、その反対端の間に一又は複数の圧力等化通路を有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ケージ穴は、前記一又は複数のウィンドウの上方に位置するシールリップを有し、
前記弁体アセンブリは、閉位置において前記シールリップに嵌合するための可変形シールリングを有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記一又は複数のウィンドウは、外側にラッパ状に拡大している請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ウィンドウは、円滑な流体流量を提供するように湾曲された入口部分を有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記一又は複数のウィンドウは、所望の流れ特性を提供するように形成された下端を有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記一又は複数のウィンドウは、V字状の下端を有する請求項7に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ケージ穴の前記流量制御部は、前記バルブシートからの距離の指数関数の直径を有する請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ケージ穴の前記内部輪郭は、前記バルブシートからの距離の線形関数の直径を有する請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記円筒部の上方に環状拡大溝をさらに備えている請求項1に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記環状拡大溝は、前記ケージ穴の軸に対して少なくとも30°の角度で前記円筒部から傾斜した面を有する請求項22に記載の流体制御弁。
