Description

を含む。
(a)X線アモルファス物質、即ちアモルファスである物質又はX線回折により検出されるには小さすぎる微結晶を含む物質、例えば米国特許、第4,606,900号、第4,166,099号及びカサハラら著「表面科学及び触媒の研究」、第7回ゼオライト国際会議予稿集、1986年185〜192ページに従うアモルファスアルミノシリケート成核ゲル、
(b)粉砕された結晶性物質、例えば75%以下の相対結晶度を有する、粉砕されたゼオライト、及び
(c)ゼオライト以外の結晶性物質、例えば粘土(例えばベントナイト、セピオライト、スメクタイト、カオリン等)及び(低)結晶性アルミナ
からなる群から選択された物質から製造されたシードを含む。

Claims (11)
- ドープされたペンタシル型ゼオライトの製造方法において、以下の工程:
a)ケイ素源、アルミニウム源、粉砕されたペンタシル型ゼオライト、及びドープされた非ゼオライト系シードから水性前駆体混合物を製造すること、及び
b)該前駆体混合物を熱的に処理して、ドープされたペンタシル型ゼオライトを形成すること
を含む方法。 - 該ドープされたペンタシル型ゼオライトが、ドープされたZSM−5であるところの、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該非ゼオライト系シードがX線アモルファスであるところの、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該非ゼオライト系シードが、75%以下の相対結晶度を有するところの粉砕された結晶性物質であるところの、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該粉砕された結晶性物質が、60%以下の相対結晶度を有するところの、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 該粉砕された結晶性物質が、50%以下の相対結晶度を有するところの、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 非ゼオライト系シードがゼオライト以外の結晶性物質であるところの、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非ゼオライト系シードが、Ce,La,Zr,Mn,Fe,Ti,Cu,Ni,Zn,Mo,W,V,Sn,Pt,Pd、Ga,B,及びPからなる群から選択されたドーパントでドープされているところの、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ケイ素源が、(メタ)ケイ酸ナトリウム、安定化されたシリカゾル、シリカゲル、ポリケイ酸、テトラエチルオルトシリケート、フュームドシリカ、沈殿法シリカ、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるところの、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
