Description
Claims (11)
- 도핑된 펜타실형 제올라이트(doped pentasil-type zeolite)의 제조 방법으로서,a) 실리콘 공급원, 알루미늄 공급원 및 도핑된 비(非)-제올라이트 시드[doped non-zeolitic seed]로부터 수성 전구체 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 및b) 전구체 혼합물을 열처리하여, 도핑된 펜타실형 제올라이트를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,도핑된 펜타실형 제올라이트는 도핑된 ZSM-5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,비(非)-제올라이트 시드는 X-선 비정질 시드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,비(非)-제올라이트 시드는 75% 이하의 상대 결정화도(relative crystallinity)를 갖는 분쇄된 결정성 재료(milled crystalline material)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,분쇄된 결정성 재료의 상대 결정화도는 60 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,분쇄된 결정성 재료의 상대 결정화도는 50 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,비(非)-제올라이트 시드는 제올라이트 이외의 결정성 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,비(非)-제올라이트 시드는 Ce, La, Zr, Mn, Fe, Ti, Cu, Ni, Zn, Mo, W, V, Sn, Pt, Pd, Ga, B 및 P로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 도펀트(dopant)로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,실리콘 공급원은 나트륨 (메타)실리케이트, 안정화 실리카 졸, 실리카 겔, 폴리규산(polysilicic acid), 테트라 에틸오르토 실리케이트, 흄드 실리카(fumed silica), 침강 실리카(precipitated silica) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,알루미늄 공급원은 Al2(SO4)3, AlCl3, AlPO4, Al2(HPO4)3, Al(H2PO4)3, 알루미늄 3수화물(Al(OH)3), 열처리된 알루미늄 3수화물, (슈도)보에마이트, 알루미늄 클로로하이드롤, 알루미늄 니트로하이드롤 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,성형 단계를 단계 a)와 단계 b) 사이에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
