Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE ZEóLITO DE TIPO PENTASIL DOPADO USANDO-SE SEMENTES DOPADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de zeólito de tipo pentasil dopado, processo esse que compreende as etapas de: a) preparação de uma mistura precursora aquosa a partir de uma fonte de silício, uma fonte de alumínio, e sementes não-zeolíticas dopadas, b) tratamento térmico da mistura percursora para formar um zeólito de tipo pentasil dopado. O termo 'sementes não-zeolíticas' inclui sementes produzidas a partir de materiais selecionados do grupo que consiste em (i) materiais amorfos aos raios X, (ii) materiais cristalinos moídos, tais como zeólitos moídos, que têm uma cristalinidade relativa de não mais do que 75%, e (iii) materiais cristalinos que não zeólitos, tais como argilas (por exemplo, bentonita e caulim) e aluminas cristalinas (de baixo teor).
