Description
例えば、特開平11−70838号公報には、車体のフロアに形成された2つの嵌合孔のそれぞれに対して、コンソールボックスのフランジに形成された嵌合孔及び台座部に形成された貫通孔とを合致させた状態で、外側部材と内側部材とから構成されるクリップを挿通することにより、車体のフロアに取り付けられるコンソール装置が記載されている。
図1において、クリップ1は、基本的に、インナー部材2とアウター部材3とから構成されている。
尚、各係止溝11、係止孔12の両側で作動壁7の両面には、2つの補強溝13が形成されている。これらの各補強溝13は、作動壁7の強度を向上するために設けられている。
このように、アウター部材3とインナー部材2との仮ロック状態を保持しつつ被取付部材21の取付孔22に挿入した際には、各一対の当接片32は内側に弾性変形して位置決め孔33に挿通可能な位置に配置されるので、被取付部材21の取付孔22に挿入した時点で初めて当接片32が位置決め孔33に挿通可能となり、従って、アウター部材3とインナー部材2との仮ロック状態を極めて安全に保持することができる。
これにより、インナー部材2とアウター部材3とが本ロック状態となり、取付部材4は被取付部材21に取り付けられるものである。

Claims (3)
- 取付部材に設けられるとともに作動壁を有するインナー部材と、
前記インナー部材の作動壁が挿通される挿通部が形成され、インナー部材の作動壁が挿通部に挿通されるに従って弾性変形可能な係止片を有するアウター部材とを備え、
前記アウター部材を被取付部材の取付孔に挿通するとともにインナー部材の作動壁をアウター部材の挿通部に挿通することにより、アウター部材の係止片を弾性変形させて取付部材を被取付部材に取り付けるクリップにおいて、
前記アウター部材は、前記係止片が形成された側と反対側に延設された弾性変形可能な当接片を備え、
前記インナー部材は、前記作動壁の一端部に形成された斜面状カム部と、前記アウター部材の当接片に対向する位置に形成された位置決め孔とを備え、
前記当接片は、前記インナー部材の作動壁をアウター部材の挿通部に挿通し前記係止片が斜面状カム部によるカム作用を受けていない状態で前記位置決め孔からずれて挿通不可能な位置に配置されるとともに、前記状態を保持しつつアウター部材を被取付部材の取付孔に挿通した際に内側に弾性変形して前記位置決め孔に挿通可能な位置に配置されることを特徴とするクリップ。 - 前記インナー部材の作動壁は、前記斜面状カム部に隣接して形成された係止溝、及び、係止溝に隣接して形成された係止孔を備え、
前記アウター部材は、前記係止片に隣接して形成された係止爪を備え、
前記係止爪は、前記インナー部材の作動壁をアウター部材の挿通部に挿通し前記係止片が斜面状カム部によるカム作用を受けていない状態で前記係止溝に係止されるとともに、作動壁を挿通部に更に挿通し係止片が斜面状カム部によるカム作用を受けて外側に弾性変形する状態で前記係止孔に係止されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリップ。 - 前記斜面状カム部の先端側には薄板状部が形成されており、
前記係止片は、前記係止片が斜面状カム部によるカム作用を受けていない状態において前記薄板状部に当接されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のクリップ。
