Claims (9)
- 画像データを分析する方法であって、
第1及び第2の画像をセグメント化(58)し、これらのセグメント化した画像の少なくとも一部分を互いに位置合わせ(60)することによって、異なる時点における第1及び第2の画像に基づいて経時変化画像を生成する段階(56,58,60,62)と、
第1のCADアルゴリズム(52)により前記経時変化画像を分析する段階と、
を有し、
前記第1及び第2の画像は異なるイメージング・モダリティによって生成され、
第2のCADアルゴリズム(66)により少なくとも前記第1の画像を分析する段階を含んでおり、
前記第2のCADアルゴリズム(66)は、前記経時変化画像の分析に使用される前記第1のCADアルゴリズム(52)よりも高い感度及び低い特定性を有しており、
前記第2のCADアルゴリズム(66)が前記第1の画像内に関心のある特徴を特定しない場合、前記第1及び第2の画像に基づく経時変化画像が生成されず、
前記第2のCADアルゴリズム(66)が前記第1の画像内に関心のある特徴を特定する場合、前記第1及び第2の画像に基づく経時変化画像が生成される、方法。 - 前記第1のCADアルゴリズムにより前記経時変化画像を分析する前記段階は、患者の物理的状態を診断する段階を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1のCADアルゴリズム(52)は前記経時変化画像内の少なくとも1つの関心のある特徴を識別する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記経時変化画像について定量分析を実行する段階を含んでいる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記定量分析は、前記経時変化画像に基づいて前記第1及び第2の画像の間での関心のある特徴の大きさの変化を決定することを含んでいる、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記第1の画像、前記第2の画像及び前記経時変化画像のうちの少なくとも1つと共にユーザにレポート(54)を提示する段階を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セグメント化(58)は、手動及び自動セグメント化の組み合わせが可能である、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 画像データを分析するシステムであって、
第1及び第2の画像をセグメント化し、これらのセグメント化した画像の少なくとも一部分を互いに位置合わせすることによって、異なる時点における第1及び第2の画像に基づいて経時変化画像を生成する手段と、
第1のCADアルゴリズム(52)により前記経時変化画像を分析する手段と、
第2のCADアルゴリズム(66)により少なくとも前記第1の画像を分析する手段と、
を有し、
前記第1及び第2の画像は異なるイメージング・モダリティによって生成され、
前記第2のCADアルゴリズムは、前記経時変化画像の分析に使用される前記第1のCADアルゴリズム(52)よりも高い感度及び低い特定性を有しており、
前記第2のCADアルゴリズムが前記第1の画像内に関心のある特徴を特定しない場合、前記第1及び第2の画像に基づく経時変化画像が生成されず、
前記第2のCADアルゴリズムが前記第1の画像内に関心のある特徴を特定する場合、前記第1及び第2の画像に基づく経時変化画像が生成される、システム。 - 画像データを分析するシステムであって、
第1のCADアルゴリズム(66)により第1の画像を分析し、関心のある特徴を特定する手段と、
前記第1の画像内に関心のある特徴が特定された場合、前記第1の画像と異なる時点における第2の画像にアクセスし、前記第1及び第2の画像に基づいて経時変化画像を生成する手段と、
前記第1のCADアルゴリズムとは異なる第2のCADアルゴリズム(52)により前記経時変化画像を分析する手段と、
を備え、
前記第1の画像の分析に使用される前記第1のCADアルゴリズムは、前記第2のCADアルゴリズム(52)よりも高い感度及び低い特定性を有しており、
前記第1の画像の分析に使用される前記第1のCADアルゴリズムが前記第1の画像内に関心のある特徴を特定しない場合、前記第1及び第2の画像に基づく経時変化画像が生成されないように構成されている、システム。
