Claims (7)
- 磁石部分と、弁部分とを備え、前記弁部分が、供給体積流用の入口開口(6)と、充填体積流用の第1出口開口(7)と、タンク体積流用の第2出口開口(8)とを有するとともに、球面弁座(4)と、開口(16)付き平形弁座(3)と、この平形弁座(3)の開口を貫流する流量を制御するための閉鎖部(2)とを有しており、前記入口開口(6)が、前記磁石部分とは反対側の前記弁部分の前側端部(10)に、前記弁部分の長手軸線に対して同軸的に形成され、かつ、前記第1出口開口(7)が、前記弁部分の側壁に前記弁部分の長手軸線に対して半径方向に形成されている比例圧力制御弁であって、
中空の筒形の分流体(5′)が、前記球面弁座(4)と前記平面弁座(3)との間において、前記平面弁座(3)の開口(16)を覆うように設けられており、前記分流体(5′)は筒形の周壁を有しており、この周壁により前記分流体(5′)の内部空間が画定され、前記分流体(5′)の周壁には複数の横孔(15)が形成されており、これにより前記球面弁座(4)を通過した流体が前記横孔(15)を通って前記分流体(5′)の内部空間に入り、その後前記平形弁座(3)の前記開口(16)を通って流れることができるようになっており、
前記分流体(5′)と前記球面弁座(4)との間の軸方向間隔、前記分流体(5′)の直径および壁厚、並びに前記横孔(15)の直径が、前記球面弁座(4)を出たところから前記平形弁座(3)の前記開口(16)に入るまでの範囲における液体の転向角が30°より小さくなるように設定されていることを特徴とする比例圧力制御弁。 - 前記平形弁座(3)の前記開口(16)の直径をNWとしたとき、前記分流体(5′)と前記球面弁座(4)との間の軸方向間隔が1・NWより大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 前記平形弁座(3)の前記開口(16)の直径をNWとしたとき、前記分流体(5′)の直径が1.3・NWより小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 前記平形弁座(3)の前記開口(16)の直径をNWとしたとき、前記分流体(5′)の壁厚が0.15・NWより小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 前記平形弁座(3)の前記開口(16)の直径をNWとしたとき、前記横孔(15)の直径が0.5・NWより大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 前記入口開口(6)および前記第1出口開口(7)に、メッシュ幅が少なくとも190μmの濾網(9、9′)がはめ込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 前記平形弁座(3)の前記開口(16)の直径をNWとし、1・NW2・π/4を呼び面積としたとき、前記第1出口開口(7)の総面積が、4・呼び面積より大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の比例圧力制御弁。
