Claims (8)
- 磁石部分と、弁部分とを備え、
前記弁部分が、供給体積流用の入口開口と、充填体積流用の第1出口開口と、タンク体積流用の第2出口開口とを有し、
球面弁座と、開口付き平形弁座と、この平形弁座の開口を貫流する流量を制御するための閉鎖部と、球面弁座と平形弁座との間に配置された分流体とを更に備えた比例圧力制御弁において、
供給体積流用の入口開口(6)が、磁石部分とは反対側の弁部分の前側端部(10)に、弁部分の長手軸線に対して同軸的に形成され、
少なくとも充填体積流用の出口開口(7)が、弁部分の側壁に弁部分の長手軸線に対して半径方向に形成され、
分流体(5′)と球面弁座(4)との間の軸方向間隔と、分流体(5′)の直径、壁厚および形状とが、球面弁座(4)の貫流後に分流体(5′)を貫流する液体粒子が30°より小さい角度で転向されるように選択されている、ことを特徴とする比例圧力制御弁。 - 平形弁座(3)における開口(16)の直径をNWとしたとき、分流体(5′)と球面弁座(4)との間の軸方向間隔が1・NWより大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 分流体(5′)の直径が1.3・NWより小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 分流体(5′)の壁厚が0.15・NWより小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 分流体(5′)が横孔(15)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 横孔(15)の直径が0.5・NWより大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 入口開口(6)および少なくとも1つの出口開口(7)に、メッシュ幅が少なくとも190μmの濾網(9、9′)がはめ込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の比例圧力制御弁。
- 1・NW2・π/4を呼び面積としたとき、充填体積流用の出口開口(7)の総面積が、4・呼び面積より大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の比例圧力制御弁。
