Description
CH4+H2O→CO+3H2 (1)

である。しかし、気相反応の速度論は、供給原料の幾らかを過剰酸化し、過剰の熱発生や、すすとして反応器を出るかもしれないかなりの収量のH2O、CO2および未反応炭化水素をもたらす傾向にある。
(a)床充填材および水蒸気改質触媒を含有する第1ゾーンの第1端を通じて、炭化水素および水蒸気を含む原料油ストリームを導入し、第1の圧力において、2:1より大きいH2:CO比を有する生成物合成ガスストリームを生成させる工程;
(b)前記工程(a)の生成物の少なくとも一部を、床充填材を含有する第2ゾーンに送り、顕熱を前記生成物から前記充填材へ移動させる工程;
(c)前記生成物を、実質的に全て前記第2ゾーンから取り出す工程;
(d)前記第2ゾーンの第2端に、酸素含有ガスを導入する工程;
(e)前記酸素含有ガスを燃料と接触させ、前記第1の圧力より低い第2の圧力で、前記ゾーン内で前記ガスおよび燃料を燃焼させ、それによって前記第1ゾーンを改質温度に再加熱し、前記第1ゾーンの第1端を通って出る煙道ガスを生成させる工程;
(f)前記工程(c)で回収された生成物から、約2:1のH2:COモル比を有する合成ガスストリームを生成させるのに十分な水素を分離する工程;
(g)前記工程(b)の分離された水素を、前記工程(e)で燃料として使用する工程;および
(h)前記工程(f)の合成ガスを炭化水素合成反応器に導入し、その中で液体生成物に転化する工程
を含む。
Claims (14)
- H2およびCOを含有する合成ガスストリームを用いる改良された炭化水素合成方法であって、
(a)圧力スイング改質装置で合成ガスストリームを生成させる工程であって、改質工程と再生工程を有し、改質工程は、空間速度が1,000〜50,000h−1の範囲で行い、それにより、前記合成ガスストリームの含有するH2:COのモル比が2:1より大きい工程;
(b)前記合成ガスストリームから水素の一部を分離して、モル比2:1のH2:COを含有する合成ガスストリームを提供する工程;および
(c)前記工程(b)の合成ガスストリームを炭化水素合成反応器に導入し、その中で液体生成物に転化する工程
を含むことを特徴とする炭化水素合成方法。 - 前記分離された水素の少なくとも一部を、燃料源として圧力スイング反応器に導入する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成反応器を水で冷却して、水蒸気の総量を生成させる工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記水蒸気を前記圧力スイング改質装置に導入し、その中で炭化水素を改質する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記水蒸気の総量の一部を用いて圧縮機を作動させて、水蒸気の総量の別の部分を圧縮し、圧縮がない場合より高い圧力で水蒸気を提供することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成反応器から未反応合成ガスおよび副生物を回収し、回収された前記ガスおよび副生物を、前記圧力スイング改質装置にリサイクルする工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素合成方法。
- 前記圧力スイング改質装置を、燃料と、ガスタービンから提供される圧縮空気を用いて再生することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素合成方法。
- (a)床充填材および水蒸気改質触媒を含有する第1ゾーンの第1端を通じて、炭化水素および水蒸気を含む原料油ストリームを導入し、第1の圧力において、2:1より大きいH2:CO比を有する生成物合成ガスストリームを生成させる工程;
(b)前記工程(a)の生成物の少なくとも一部を、床充填材を含有する第2ゾーンに送り、顕熱を前記生成物から前記充填材へ移動させる工程であって、前記工程(a)と工程(b)は、空間速度が1,000〜50,000h−1の範囲で実施される工程;
(c)前記生成物を、実質的に全て前記第2ゾーンから取り出す工程;
(d)前記第2ゾーンの第2端に、酸素含有ガスを導入する工程;
(e)前記酸素含有ガスを燃料と接触させ、前記第1の圧力より低い第2の圧力で、前記ゾーン内で前記ガスおよび燃料を燃焼させ、それによって前記第1ゾーンを改質温度に再加熱し、前記第1ゾーンの第1端を通って出る煙道ガスを生成させる工程;
(f)前記工程(c)で回収された生成物から、2:1のH2:COモル比を有する合成ガスストリームを生成させるのに十分な水素を分離する工程;および
(g)前記工程(f)の合成ガスを炭化水素合成反応器に導入し、その中で液体生成物に転化する工程
を含むことを特徴とする合成ガスおよび炭化水素の転化方法。 - 前記工程(f)で分離された水素を、前記工程(c)で燃料として使用することを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の転化方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成反応器から未反応合成ガスおよび副生物を回収し、それらを前記工程(a)でリサイクルする工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の転化方法。
- 前記工程(d)の酸素含有ガスは、ガスタービンによって提供される圧縮空気であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の転化方法。
- 前記工程(e)の煙道ガスをガスタービンに送ることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の転化方法。
- 前記炭化水素合成反応器を水で冷却して、水蒸気の総量を生成させる工程;および
前記水蒸気を前記工程(a)に導入する工程
を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の転化方法。 - 前記水蒸気の総量の一部を用いて圧縮機を作動させて、水蒸気の総量の別の部分を圧縮し、より高い圧力で水蒸気を提供して、前記工程(a)に導入することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の転化方法。
