Description
日本国特許公開公報2003−288946では、充放電抑制回路において、電圧の上昇に際して、安全性の向上がなされた構造的特徴を有するリチウム二次電池が開示されている。
Claims (11)
- 接合安全デバイスであって、
定電圧素子と、金属絶縁体転移(MIT)素子とを組み合わせて備えてなり、
前記定電圧素子が、予め定められた電圧以上の電圧が加えられた場合、漏洩電流による過剰な電圧によって電圧降下が生じるものであり、
前記MIT素子が、予め定められた温度以上の温度において、抵抗が急低下するものである、接合安全デバイス。 - 前記MIT素子の臨界温度が50℃以上150℃未満である、請求項1に記載の接合安全デバイス。
- 前記定電圧素子がツェナーダイオード又はバリスターである、請求項1に記載の接合安全デバイス。
- 前記接合安全デバイスにおいて、前記定電圧素子と前記MIT素子とが互いに接触されてなる接触面をさらに備えてなる、請求項1に記載の接合安全デバイス。
- 前記接合安全デバイスの両外側面に形成された電気接触部をさらに備えてなり、
前記両外側面が、前記接合安全デバイスの前記接触面に対して垂直となっている、請求項4に記載の接合安全デバイス。 - 前記接合安全デバイスの外側面に形成された電気接触部をさらに備えてなり、
前記外側面が、前記接合安全デバイスの前記接触面に対して面してなる、請求項4に記載の接合安全デバイス。 - 二次電池であって、
前記定電圧素子と前記MIT素子が、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接合安全デバイスにおける各々の金属線を介して、前記二次電池における正極リードと負極リードとの間に接続されてなる、二次電池。 - 二次電池であって、
正極リードと負極リードが、共通の金属線を介して、請求項5に記載の接合安全デバイスの両外側面にそれぞれ接続されてなり、
前記両外側面が、前記接合安全デバイスの前記接触面に対して垂直となっている、二次電池。 - 二次電池であって、
請求項6に記載の接合安全デバイスにおいて、
前記二次電池の正極端子が、共通金属線を介して、前記定電圧素子と前記MIT素子との間の前記接触面に形成された電池接触部に接続されてなり、かつ、
前記二次電池の負極端子が、各々の金属線を介して、前記定電圧素子と前記MIT素子の間の前記接触面に対して面してなる対向面に各々形成された前記電気接触部に接続されてなる、二次電池。 - 二次電池であって、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の接合安全デバイスが、二次電池セルの内側に前記二次電池における正極リードと負極リードとの間に接続されてなる、二次電池。 - 二次電池であって、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の接合安全デバイスが、二次電池セルの外側に前記二次電池における正極リードと負極リードとの間に接続されてなる、二次電池。
