Abstract
BATERIAS SECUNDÁRIAS E DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURANÇA PARA PREVENIR SOBRECARGA DE BATERIAS SECUNDÁRIAS fim objetivo da presente invenção é prover um dispositivo para proteger seguramente uma bateria secundária de sobre-voltagem e super-aquecimento causados por sobrecarga usando um simples dispositivo de segurança, que provê um dispositivo de segurança por contato que se conecta entre um elemento de voltagem constante apresentando uma característica de descarga no estado de sobre-voltagem e um elemento de TIM (transição de isolação de metal) que apresenta uma característica de descarga no estado de super-aquecimento. Cada elemento de voltagem constante e o elemento de TIM estão conectados em paralelo entre um terminal de catodo e um terminal de anodo a bateria secundária. O dispositivo de segurança por contato tem uma combinação de características de descarga/dissipação de calor do elemento de voltagem constante e uma característica de descarga do elemento de TIM que responde imediatamente à dissipação de calor do elemento de voltagem constante, resultando em um vantajoso efeito de prevenção da sobrecarga urna vez que o dispositivo de segurança por contato faz a descarga em termos de 2 fatores, de voltagem e de temperatura, no caso de sobrecarga.
