Claims (25)
- 導電性の支持体(94,98)と該支持体(94,98)に接着剤で接合されている少なくとも一つの非導電性の機能コンポーネント(90,92)とを備える少なくとも一つのツールを有した外科器具(10)において、前記支持体(94,98)が第1の接触表面(102)を備え、前記機能コンポーネント(90,92)が第2の接触表面(104)を備え、前記機能コンポーネントがその機能を提供する領域(100)において前記第1の接触表面(102)が前記第2の接触表面(104)と隙間なく接していることを特徴とする外科器具。
- 前記第1の接触表面(102)が前記第2の接触表面と直接的に又は接着剤なしに接している、請求項1に記載の外科器具。
- 前記少なくとも一つのツール(14,16)は、前記機能コンポーネントを形成する、切断器を備えたはさみ刃であり、前記切断器は、前記の機能を提供する領域である、切縁(100)を備え、前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面(102,104)は前記切縁(100)の領域において直接的に互いと接している又は前記切縁(100)に続いている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の外科器具。
- 前記第1の接触表面及び前記第2の接触表面は少なくとも一つの接触する線に沿って互いと隙間なく接している、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記第1の接触表面及び前記第2の接触表面は共通する接触表面の領域において少なくとも一部が互いと隙間なく面と面とで接している、請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記支持体(94,98)が第1の接着表面(106)を有し、前記機能コンポーネント(90,92)が第2の接着表面(108)を有し、前記第1の接着表面(106)が接着隙間(114)によって前記第2接着表面(108)から分離されており、前記接着隙間(114)が接着剤(116)によって実質的に形成されている接着剤層で満たされている、請求項1から請求項5の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記接着隙間が少なくとも部分的に楔形状構成を有している、請求項6に記載の外科器具。
- 楔形状の前記接着隙間の厚さは、前記第1の接触表面及び前記第2の接触表面が互いに接する方向に減少していく、請求項7に記載の外科器具。
- 前記第1の接触表面が少なくとも部分的に第1の平面を規定し、前記第2の接触表面が少なくとも部分的に第2の平面を規定し、前記第1の平面及び前記第2の平面は、互いに対して所定の傾斜角度で傾けられており、前記第1の接触表面及び前記第2の接触表面の接触線において交わっている、請求項1から請求項8の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記傾斜角度は45°以下である、請求項9に記載の外科器具。
- 前記傾斜角は20°以下である、請求項10に記載の外科器具。
- 少なくとも一つのスペーサ(120;124;126)が前記第1の接着表面(106)と前記第2の接着表面(108)との間の接着隙間(114)に配設されている、請求項6から請求項11の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記第1の接着表面(106)及び前記第2の接着表面(108)の一方又は両方が前記少なくとも一つのスペーサ(120;124)を有している、請求項12に記載の外科器具。
- 前記接着剤(116)が前記少なくとも一つのスペーサ(126)を含有している、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の外科器具。
- 複数のスペーサ(120;124;126)が設けられている、請求項12から請求項14の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記少なくとも一つのスペーサ(120;124;126)は、球形状、ピラミッド形状、円錐形状、円柱形状、又は平行六面体形状である、請求項12から請求項15の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 少なくとも一つの接着表面(106,108)の表面が少なくとも一つの構造化された表面部分(110;112)を備える、請求項6から請求項16の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記構造化された表面部分(110;112)が実質的に対称的な構造を有している、請求項17に記載の外科器具。
- 前記構造化された表面部分が微細構造化されている、請求項17又は請求項18に記載の外科器具。
- 前記支持体(94,98)が第1の接着表面(106)を有し、前記機能コンポーネント(90,92)が第2の接着表面(108)を有し、前記第1の接着表面(106)が接着隙間(114)によって前記第2接着表面(108)から分離されており、前記接着隙間(114)が接着剤(116)によって実質的に形成されている接着剤層で満たされており、
前記第1の接着表面(106)及び前記第2の接着表面(108)の一方又は両方の表面が他方の接着表面(106,108)に向かう方向に突出する前記第1の接着表面(106)及び前記第2の接着表面(108)の突出部の一方又は両方よりも大きくなっている、請求項1〜5、7〜19の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。 - 非導電性の前記機能コンポーネント(90,92)がセラミック材料から形成されており、導電性の前記支持体(94,98)が金属から形成されている、請求項15に記載の外科器具。
- 第1のツール(14)が、第2のツール(16)に対して移動可能になっている、請求項1から請求項21に記載の外科器具。
- 前記第1のツール(14)が前記第2のツール(16)に対して旋回運動できるように取り付けられている、請求項22に記載の外科器具。
- 前記外科器具(10)が長尺シャフト(12)を有する管状シャフト器具であり、前記少なくとも一つのツール(14,16)が前記シャフト(12)の遠位端部に可動に取り付けられている、請求項1から請求項23の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
- 前記外科器具(10)ははさみである、請求項1から請求項24の何れか一項に記載の外科器具。
