Abstract
【解決手段】LED基板を収容する第1筐体と、LED制御部を収容する第2筐体と、第1筐体及び第2筐体を実質的に熱分離した状態で連結する連結部材と、第1筐体及び第2筐体の互いに対向する面の一方に設けられた第1放熱構造と、第1筐体及び前記第2筐体の互いに対向する面の他方において第1放熱構造に離間して設けられた第2放熱構造とを具備する。

Description
これら問題は、要は、そもそも熱分離の必要性についての明確な課題が認識されていないことに起因する。
本実施形態に係るLED光源装置100は、概略回転体形状をなす電球型のものであり、図1に示すように、1又は複数のLED211が搭載されたLED基板21を収容する第1筺体22と、LED211に供給する電圧等を制御する制御部23を収容する第2筺体24と、第1筺体22及び第2筺体24の間に外部に開放された空間Xを形成するように、それら筐体22、24を互いに連結する連結部材25と、を備えている。
このように構成した本実施形態に係るLED光源装置100によれば、LED基板21を第1筐体22に収容し、制御部23を第2筐体24に収容すると共に、それら筐体22、24を連結部材25によって実質的に熱分離した状態で連結しているので、LED211からの熱を制御部23に伝えにくくするとともに、制御部23からの熱をLED211に伝えにくくすることができる。
なお、本発明は前記実施形態に限られるものではない。

Claims (6)
- LEDが搭載されたLED基板を収容する第1筐体と、
前記LEDを制御する制御部を収容する第2筐体と、
前記第1筐体及び前記第2筐体を実質的に熱分離した状態で連結する連結部材と、
前記第1筐体及び前記第2筐体の互いに対向する面の一方に設けられた第1放熱構造と、
前記第1筐体及び前記第2筐体の互いに対向する面の他方において前記第1放熱構造に離間して設けられた第2放熱構造とを具備するLED光源装置。 - 前記第1放熱構造及び前記第2放熱構造が、複数の放熱フィンから構成される請求項1記載のLED光源装置。
- 前記第1筐体及び前記第2筐体の間にファンが設けられている請求項1又は2記載のLED光源装置。
- 前記ファンが、前記連結部材により前記第1筐体及び前記第2筐体の間に固定されている請求項3記載のLED光源装置。
- 前記ファンが、その空気取込口又は空気排出口の一方が前記第1筐体側を向き、空気取込口又は空気排出口の他方が前記第2筐体側を向くように固定されている請求項3又は4記載のLED光源装置。
- 前記LED光源装置が、電球型のものである請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載のLED光源装置。
