Description
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一部分が水中にある船の推進および/または操舵装置の構成であって、前記構成が装置の壁面によって構成され実質的に密閉された収容室(4)に配置された電動モータ(5)、および該モータに接続され、前記収容室(4)の外側にプロペラまたは同種の装置(8)が取り付けられているプロペラ軸(7)を含み、前記実質的に密閉された収容室(4)を空気または空気以外の加圧気体状媒体によって加圧するための手段(12,17)が前記構成と関連して設けられているものにおいて、
前記構成が、加圧気体状媒体を、戻りの循環において収容室(4)の少なくとも一部分を通って収容室(4)の外へ循環するための手段(18,19)を含むこと、及び
前記構成が、前記戻りの循環中の加圧気体状媒体において前記戻りの循環中で加圧気体状媒体に混入する可能性のある異物を検出し、前記戻りの循環中の加圧気体状媒体から該異物を適切に分離するための手段(20)を含むことを特徴とする構成。 - 前記収容室(4)の圧力が、収容室(4)の上方に位置する船室(15)の圧力よりも高く、適切には収容室(4)の底部と船の内部空間(15)に配置された排出パイプ(18)の水準の間の静水圧よりも高く、適切にはプロペラ軸(7)の水準において収容室(4)を囲んでいる水(2)の静水圧と少なくとも実質的に等しく、好ましくは0.1〜1バール高く、さらに/または収容室(4)の底部の水準で測定した周囲の水(2)の動圧よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構成。
- 前記収容室(4)を船の他の区画(11、15)に対して気密に遮断するための手段(16、26)に加え、圧力制御ユニット(13)によって制御される圧力源(12)、および/または媒体に圧力を与える手段を備え、さらに該圧力/媒体を前記収容室(4)に導入するための手段(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の構成。
- 前記構成が、該異物による警報を発生するための手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の構成。
- 加圧とともに、特に油、気体、水および/または冷却物質または同種の物質などの液状または気体状物質を、密閉された収容室(4)および/または収容室内の装置(10)に制御された様態で供給し、かつ/または同様に該物質を、密閉された収容室(4)および/または収容室内の装置(10)から取り除くための手段(19、23、24、25)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の構成。
- 加圧媒体の供給(25)が、収容室(4)と周囲の水(2)との間の動く封止部位またはその近傍に、特にプロペラ軸(7)の圧力シール(10)と連携して配置され、好ましくは圧力媒体それ自身および/または圧力媒体に添加された物質が、封止および/またはガスケットの機能に貢献することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の構成。
- 少なくとも一部分が水中にある船の推進および/または操舵装置の構成において流体の流れを監視する方法であって、
該装置が、装置の壁面によって構成され実質的に密閉された収容室(4)に配置された電動モータ(5)、および該モータに接続され、前記実質的に密閉された収容室(4)の外側にプロペラまたは同種の装置(8)が取り付けられているプロペラ軸(7)を含み、前記実質的に密閉された収容室(4)が、外部からの水圧に対してと同時に、船の他の区画(11、15)に対しても密閉(10、16、26)され、該収容室が流れている気体状媒体によって加圧され、該収容室(4)内の圧力の監視が実行(13、21)される方法において、圧力により制御された様態で収容室(4)から流出する気体状媒体の組成が監視(20)されることを特徴とする方法。 - 収容室内に溜まる流体、および/または収容室(4)外から収容室に供給される流体、および/または収容室内の装置特に軸受(6)から出される流体を、排出手段(18、19)を通して押し出すことのできる圧力が、実質的に保たれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力が、油など他の媒体を保持しているシステム(23)に案内(24)され、該媒体の収容室(4)内の所望の対象(10)への輸送(25)が促進されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
