Claims (9)
- Nt個の送信アンテナを用いて信号を送信する方法であって、前記Ntが2以上であり、
送信されるN個のシンボルを含む少なくとも1つのベクトルにつき、
前記ベクトルをNt個の部分ベクトルに分割するステップと、
前記Nt個の部分ベクトルの各々に対して、サイズが(N/Nt)×Nの相異なる部分行列を乗ずるステップであって、前記N/Ntが2以上の整数であり、前記部分行列の各々が前記送信アンテナのうちの一つに関連付けられており、サイズがN×Nのユニタリ正方行列を分割することにより前記部分行列が得られる、ステップと、
前記乗ずるステップにより得られたNt個の部分ベクトルを前記Nt個の送信アンテナがそれぞれ送信するステップと
を行う、方法。 - 前記ユニタリ行列が完全行列であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニタリ行列は、
実アダマール行列と、
複素アダマール行列と、
フーリエ行列と、
実回転行列と、
複素回転行列と
を含むグループに属することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 2つの送信アンテナを使用し、前記部分行列が[1 1]および[1 −1]の値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 4つの送信アンテナを使用し、前記部分行列が、[1 1 1 1]、[1 −1 1 −1]、[1 1 −1 −1]、[1 −1 −1 1]の値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の送信方法にしたがって送られた信号を受信する方法であって、少なくとも1つの受信アンテナを使用し、前記受信アンテナのそれぞれにより前記単一の結合信号を受信し、前記ユニタリ行列の共役転置行列に対応する復号化行列により前記単一の結合信号を復号化することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記共役転置行列の掛け合わせることにより得られるデータに対して、最大尤度復号化を適用することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法にしたがって送られる信号であって、前記信号が前記送信アンテナのそれぞれの寄与度の組み合わせに対応しており、
各アンテナには別個の部分行列が関連付けられ、前記部分行列はユニタリ正方行列の分割によって得られ、前記各アンテナは、前記ベクトルの分割によって得られ、それぞれに前記部分行列が掛け合わされる部分ベクトルを送信し、
それにより、受信器から見て、前記ベクトルに前記ユニタリ行列を掛け合わせてなる単一の結合信号を形成することを特徴とする信号。
