Description
Claims (5)
- 油圧搬送装置(410)であって、押しのけユニット(414)を有し、該押しのけユニットは媒体を、初期圧力下の吸い込み接続部(416)から消費器と接続可能な消費器圧力(P3)下の吐出接続部(418)に搬送するようになっており、更に、該油圧搬送装置(410)によって搬送される作業圧力(P2)の体積流を調整若しくは制限するための調節装置を有しており、該調節装置は、流動調節弁(426)及び主流動絞り(438)を含んでいる形式のものにおいて、前記油圧搬送装置(410)の圧力集合室(451)は前記吐出接続部(418)と、可変の前記主流動絞り(438)を介して接続されており、該主流動絞りは、孔(448)内で軸方向にしゅう動可能に支承されている弁ピストン(450)を有しており、該弁ピストンは、一面では前記押しのけユニット(414)の腎臓形吐出開口の前の圧力室(422)内の圧力(P1)で負荷され、かつ他面では前記消費器圧力(P3)及びばねエレメント(474)の力で負荷されていて、前記圧力室(422)内の圧力(P1)と前記消費器圧力(P3)との間の圧力差に基づき、制御されるようになっており、かつ前記弁ピストン(450)は調節ピン(464)を有しており、該調節ピン(464)は定置の絞り(454)の貫通開口(462)を貫通しており、前記調節ピン(464)の外面輪郭(466)は、前記貫通開口(462)の範囲において前記調節ピン(464)の運動範囲にわたって、軸方向で変化する前記外面輪郭(466)を有していており、前記圧力室(422)の圧力(P 1 )と前記消費器圧力(P 3 )との圧力差に基づき、前記調節ピン(464)が、前記圧力集合室(451)と前記吐出接続部(418)との間の圧力接続部の流通横断面(468)を変化させるようになっていることを特徴とする油圧搬送装置。
- 前記調節ピン(464)の前記外面輪郭(466)は前記貫通開口(462)の方向に円すい状に先細になっている請求項1に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 前記絞り(454)は前記弁ピストン(450)及び、該弁ピストン(450)の支承のための前記孔(448)内にプレスばめされたスリーブ(456)によって形成される請求項1又は2に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 前記調節ピン(464)はばね受け(472)に支えられており、該ばね受け自体は前記ばねエレメント(474)の一方の端部に支えられており、該ばねエレメント(474)の他方の端部は、前記弁ピストン(450)を支承している前記孔(448)の底面(476)に支えられている請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 前記弁ピストン(450)は前記ばねエレメント(474)の一方の端部に支えられ、かつ該ばねエレメント(474)の他方の端部は前記絞り(454)に支えられている請求項3に記載の油圧搬送装置。
