Description
この吸気モジュールは、従って横断面において、
一方で、共鳴管が収容され、且つ、他方で、この共鳴管の側方に並んで十分な構造空間が分配通路の形成のために残っている、
ように寸法を設定されている。
この吸気モジュールの両方の端側面に、それぞれ1つの吸気マニホールドが固定されており;且つ、全ての3つの構成要素が、その際有利には、合成物質から形成されている。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関のための吸気設備であって、この吸気設備が、
− 少なくとも2つのシリンダーバンク列を有し、
上記シリンダーバンク列のそれぞれの個別のシリンダーへと通じる個別吸気管(11〜13;14〜16)を上記シリンダーバンク列側で備える、それぞれ1つの吸気マニホールド(4、6)が、これらシリンダーバンク列に所属して設けられており、
− これら吸気マニホールド(4、6)が、
供給されるべき燃焼用空気をこれら吸気マニホールド(4、6)へと分配する分配室(38)と、および少なくとも1つの、切替フラップ弁(32)を備える共鳴管(30)とを介して、吸気流動するように互いにつなげられており、
および、
− 上記共鳴管(30)および分配室(38)が、上記吸気マニホールド(4、6)を互いにつないでいる中央の吸気モジュール(18)に統合されている様式の上記吸気設備において、
− 共鳴管(30)が、吸気モジュール(18)の内側空間内において、スロットルバルブハウジングのための接続用短管(28)の向かい側に位置決めされており、
− この共鳴管(30)の壁部分(36)が、この壁部分の長手方向の延在部において、上記分配室(38)の幅(b)よりも短く形成されており、
− この吸気モジュール(18)および共鳴管(30)の内側空間の大きさが、この共鳴管(30)の傍らの残りの空間が上記分配室(38)として使用可能であるように寸法を設定されていることを特徴とする吸気設備。 - スロットルバルブハウジングのための接続用短管(28)を有する吸気モジュール(18)であり、は、上記シリンダーバンク列の列方向の横断面において、長円形に形成されており、
それに対して、この吸気モジュール内において一体にまとめられた共鳴管(30)が、上記横断面において、基本的に円形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸気設備。 - 共鳴管(30)の外套面の一部は、吸気モジュール(18)のケーシング壁(34)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の吸気設備。
- 吸気モジュール(18)の内側空間内において形成されている、共鳴管(30)の壁部分(36)は、この壁部分の両方の端側面において面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の吸気設備。
- 吸気モジュール(18)のケーシング壁(34)は、共鳴管(30)の領域において、開口部(40)を有し、この開口部内において、共鳴フラップ弁ケーシング(42)が挿入され、且つ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の吸気設備。
