Claims (10)
- 外側ハウジング(11)と、
前記外側ハウジング(11)に対して同心の内側部品(12)と、
前記外側ハウジング(11)と前記内側部品(12)との間に形成され、制振媒体で満たされるとともに、オーバーフローチャンネル(14)を通じて互いに接続される複数のチャンバ(13)と、
前記チャンバ(13)内に配置され、前記外側ハウジング(11)と前記内側部品(12)とをねじりに対して可撓性を有する態様で連結する複数のリーフスプリングアセンブリ(16、17、16’、17’;116、117;216、217)と、
を備えるねじり振動ダンプにおいて、
前記リーフスプリングアセンブリ(16、17、16’、17’;116、117;216、217)が機械加工誘発偏向を有し、ほぼ同様の偏向を伴う2つのリーフスプリングアセンブリがそれぞれ1つの前記チャンバ(13;113)内に配置されることを特徴とする、ねじり振動ダンパ。 - ほぼ同様の偏向を伴う2つのリーフスプリング(16、17、16’、17’)がそれぞれ、前記内側部品(12)の周方向に沿って前記内側部品(12)に形成される溝(20)によって鏡像配列で支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 組み立て位置では、第1のリーフスプリング対(16、17)の溝(20)が同じ溝幅で形成され、第2のリーフスプリング対(16’、17’)の溝(20’)が同じ溝幅で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 第1のリーフスプリング対のリーフスプリング(16、17)が、それらの内側部品端の方向で互いに離間するように方向付けられる偏向を有し、第2のリーフスプリング対のリーフスプリング(16’、17’)が、それらの内側部品端の方向で互いの方へと向けられる偏向を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記リーフスプリング(16、17、16’、17’)がほぼ同様の大きさをもって同じ方向へ向かう偏向を有し、リーフスプリング対(16’、17’)がそれらの外側ハウジング端で1つ以上の挿入体(27)により離間されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- ほぼ同様の偏向を伴う2つのリーフスプリング(116、117;216、217)がそれぞれ1つのチャンバ(113)内に互いに平行に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- ほぼ同様の偏向を伴う2つのリーフスプリング(116、117;216’、217’)がそれぞれ、前記内側部品(112)の周方向に沿って前記内側部品(112)に形成される溝(120;220)によって支持されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記内側部品(112)の全ての溝(120)が同じ溝幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- 全てのリーフスプリング(116、117;216、217)が等しい方向の偏向を有することを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
- リーフスプリングの対のリーフスプリング(116、117)がそれらの外側ハウジング端で1つ以上の挿入体(127)により離間されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載のねじり振動ダンパ。
