Description
図16に示すように、樹脂を多頭用クロスヘッド201から垂下させて横方向に左右の筒状パリソンPを形成する。このとき、一対の割型202a,202bが図17ないし図19に示す位置にあり、凹状係止部材214を成す一対の係止腕214a,214bは、図示例に示すような開いた位置状態にある。
Claims (9)
- 成形金型を成す一対の割型の型開、型閉および型締を行う中空成形装置における型締装置が、前記一対の割型をそれぞれ支持する基盤を近接離反させて前記一対の割型を型閉させるとともに型開させる進退機構と、所望位置にある前記一方の基盤の両側に設けた先端凸状の第1係止部材と、前記一方の基盤に対し相対的に近接離反する前記他方の基盤の両側に設けて対応する前記第1係止部材に対し開閉して第1係止部材の凸状先端の係合・離反を行う凹状の第2係止部材と、前記進退機構とは別機構であって前記第1係止部材および前記第2係止部材の係合・離反を駆動する機構と、前記第1係止部材および第2係止部材を相互に近接・離反させ、型閉時に係合した前記第1係止部材に対し前記第2係止部材を、前記一対の割型を型締する方向に引っ張り駆動する型締駆動機構とを具備し、前記係合・離反駆動機構が、前記他方の基盤に進退動自在に設け、前記第2係止部材を開閉可能に枢支した支持体と、前記他方の基盤に設け、前記支持体の進退動に応じて前記第2係止部材を前記第1係止部材に対し係合・離反する方向に開閉案内するガイド体とからなり、前記型締駆動機構が、前記支持体に設けたナットと、該ナットに螺合して前記第1係止部材および前記第2係止部材を近接離反させる方向に延びる送りねじと、該送りねじを回転駆動する電動機とからなることを特徴とする中空成形装置。
- 前記電動機が、該電動機に設けたプーリ、前記送りねじに設けたプーリおよびこれらプーリに巻回したベルトを介して前記送りねじを回転駆動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空成型装置。
- 前記係合・離反駆動機構が前記第1係止部材を進退動させる駆動部を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中空成型装置。
- 前記進退機構が前記一対の割型を互いに同調させて近接離反させる左右逆リード送りねじと、該左右逆リード送りねじを回転駆動する電動機とを具備したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の中空成型装置。
- 成形金型を成す一対の割型の型開、型閉および型締を行う中空成形装置における型締装置が、前記一対の割型をそれぞれ支持する基盤を近接離反させる進退機構と、所望位置にある前記一方の基盤の両側に設けた先端凸状の第1係止部材と、前記一方の基盤に対し相対的に近接離反する前記他方の基盤の両側に設けて対応する前記第1係止部材に対し開閉して第1係止部材の凸状先端の係合・離反を行う凹状の第2係止部材と、前記進退機構と別機構であって前記第1係止部材および前記第2係止部材の係合・離反を駆動する機構と、前記第1係止部材および第2係止部材を相互に近接離反させ、型閉時に係合した前記第1係止部材に対し前記第2係止部材を、前記一対の割型を型締する方向に引っ張り駆動する型締駆動機構とを具備し、前記係合・離反駆動機構が、前記他方の基盤に設け、前記第2係止部材を開閉可能に枢支した支持体と、該支持体に設け、前記第2係止部材を前記第1係止部材に対し係合・離反する方向に開閉駆動するシリンダとからなり、前記型締駆動機構が、前記支持体に設けたナットと、該ナットに螺合して前記第1係止部材および前記第2係止部材を近接離反させる方向に延びる送りねじと、該送りねじを回転駆動する電動機とからなることを特徴とする中空成型装置。
- 複数の成型金型を並べて設け、前記成型金型を成す一対の割型の型開、型閉および型締を行う型締装置を前記複数の成形金型ごとに設け、前記成形金型および対応する型締装置を前記複数の成形金型の並設方向に移動自在に設けるとともに、前記成形金型および対応する前記型締装置を前記複数の成形金型の並設方向とは直交する方向に移動自在に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または5記載の中空成形装置。
- 前記電動機が、該電動機に設けたプーリ、前記送りねじに設けたプーリおよびこれらプーリに巻回したベルトを介して前記送りねじを回転駆動することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の中空成形装置。
- 前記係合・離反駆動機構が前記第1係止部材を進退動させる駆動部を具備したことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の中空成型装置。
- 前記進退機構が前記一対の割型を互いに同調させて近接離反させる左右逆リード送りねじと、該左右逆リード送りねじを回転駆動する電動機とを具備したことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の中空成型装置。
