Description
リヨセル系セルロース繊維を製造するために連続的に駆動している実験用製造工場において、セルロースを約13%含有したセルロース液(パルプの製造元:Fa. Bacell)を、それ自体公知の方法で、ノズルを介して紡績し、ゆがみ比(Verzugsverhaeltnisses)(=単繊維の流出速度(m/分)/ノズル穴流出速度(m/分))を調節することにより、繊維の最終的な繊度(Endtiter)を変えた。
Claims (8)
- 湿度検査された状態における繊維の強度(cN/tex)と、湿度検査された状態における繊維の伸び(%)との比Vが、2.2以下であり、繊度が6dtex〜25dtexであるリヨセル系セルロース繊維をカーペット、織物床材、壁面内装仕上げ材、および/または装飾物材料として用いる、使用方法。
- 上記比Vが2.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用方法。
- 上記比Vが1.8以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の使用方法。
- 上記比Vが1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の使用方法。
- 上記繊度が6.5dtex以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使用方法。
- 上記繊度が12dtex以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の使用方法。
- 上記繊度が15dtex以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の使用方法。
- ステープルファイバーの形状をしている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の使用方法。
