Description
Fe+H2O+RX → Fe2++OH-+RH+X- …(1)
(式中、Rは有機基を示し、Xは塩素原子などのハロゲン原子を示す)
(平均粒径:0.3〜2.0μmの球状金属Ni微粒子を作製する方法)
市販の硫酸Ni(II)六水和物(和光純薬製)を用いて、2.5Mの水溶液150mLを調製した。また3.0質量%のTween80を溶解させたトルエン500mLを調製した。続いて、両者を混合し、300rpmで10分間攪拌することによって、W/O型のエマルジョンを調製した。
(ヒドラジン還元時の攪拌を超音波処理で実施し、球状金属Ni粒子を得る場合)
上記実施例1の方法にて得られた塩基性炭酸Niと水酸化Niの混合物500mgを10mLの蒸留水に懸濁させ、容器ごと超音波処理槽に浸け、20kHzの超音波処理を行い、分散させながら以降の処理を施した。このときの温度は、70℃に保温した。そこに、1Mの水酸化ナトリウム(和光純薬製)を5mL加えた。続いて、20Mのヒドラジン水溶液(和光純薬製)を5mL加え、そのまま30分間反応させた。その結果、Niが金属Niに還元され反応が黒く色が変化した。また、還元された金属Ni微粒子は、攪拌子(磁石)に付着することで集められた。
(浄化用鉄粉[平均粒径:65μm]に、粒径10nmの金属Ni粒子を均一に付着させる例)
まずトルエン70gに、30gの界面活性剤(Triton-X100)を溶解させた。そこに、0.1Mの硝酸Ni(II)六水和物(和光純薬製)の水溶液5mLを添加した。その混合液を30分間激しく攪拌した。このときの混合方法には、Vortox、超音波、攪拌羽根による攪拌、ミキサーによる攪拌等、様々な方法が採用できる。
実験結果から求められるTCE相対値(初期の濃度を1としたときの相対濃度)を図9、および下記表2に示す。また、このときの反応は、下記式に従う一次反応式で表現できる。この式に基づいて、反応定数kが算出される。反応定数k(h−1)で整理したものを、図10および下記表3に示す。

Claims (1)
- 鉄を主成分とする鉄粉の表面に、平均粒径:1〜50nmのNi微粒子を付着させたものであり、且つ前記Ni微粒子の付着割合が、浄化用鉄系粉末全体に対して0.001〜10質量%であることを特徴とする浄化用鉄系粉末。
