Claims (6)
- 軸線方向に伸びるスリットが形成される中空形状の軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材の内部に配置され、前記軌道部材に沿って移動可能な移動部材と、
前記移動部材を前記軌道部材の軸線方向に移動させる駆動機構と、を備え、
前記軌道部材の軸線方向と直交する断面において、前記軌道部材は、前記移動部材が移動するのを案内する案内部と、該案内部から前記移動部材を覆うように張り出す延長部を有し、
互いに対向する延長部間に形成される前記スリットの幅が、前記移動部材の幅よりも狭く形成され、
前記軌道部材の断面形状が実質的な円弧形状に形成され、
前記軌道部材には、前記案内部として前記軌道部材の軸線方向に伸びる転動体転走溝が形成され、前記移動部材には、前記転動体転走溝に対向する負荷転動体転走溝が形成され、前記軌道部材の転動体転走溝と前記移動部材の負荷転動体転走溝との間には、転がり運動可能な複数の転動体が介在されることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記スリットは、前記軌道部材の軸線方向と直交する断面において、前記軌道部材の周方向の1箇所のみに空けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータはさらに、
前記軌道部材の軸線方向と直交する断面において、前記軌道部材の全体を覆い、前記軌道部材の軸線方向に伸縮自在な覆い部材とを備え、
前記軌道部材の前記スリットから突出する前記移動部材の一部が、前記覆い部材を貫通することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 軸線方向に伸びるスリットが形成される中空形状の軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材の内部に配置され、前記軌道部材に沿って移動可能な移動部材と、
前記移動部材を前記軌道部材の軸線方向に移動させる駆動機構と、を備え、
前記軌道部材の軸線方向と直交する断面において、前記軌道部材は、実質的な円弧形状に形成され、
前記軌道部材には、前記案内部として前記軌道部材の軸線方向に伸びる転動体転走溝が形成され、前記移動部材には、前記転動体転走溝に対向する負荷転動体転走溝が形成され、前記軌道部材の転動体転走溝と前記移動部材の負荷転動体転走溝との間には、転がり運動可能な複数の転動体が介在されることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記駆動機構は、前記移動部材に形成されるねじ部と、前記移動部材を貫通すると共に前記ねじ部に螺合するねじ軸とを有し、
前記ねじ軸の中心線と、前記ねじ軸を回転駆動する駆動源の出力軸の中心線が一致することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 軸線方向に伸びるスリットが形成される中空形状の軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材の内部に配置され、前記軌道部材に沿って移動可能な移動部材と、
前記軌道部材の軸線方向と直交する断面において、前記軌道部材は、前記移動部材が移動するのを案内する案内部と、該案内部から前記移動部材を覆うように張り出す延長部を有し、
互いに対向する延長部間に形成される前記スリットの幅が、前記移動部材の幅よりも狭く形成され、
前記軌道部材の断面形状が実質的な円弧形状に形成され、
前記軌道部材には、前記案内部として前記軌道部材の軸線方向に伸びる転動体転走溝が形成され、前記移動部材には、前記転動体転走溝に対向する負荷転動体転走溝が形成され、前記軌道部材の転動体転走溝と前記移動部材の負荷転動体転走溝との間には、転がり運動可能な複数の転動体が介在されることを特徴とする運動案内装置。
