Description
本発明に係る多層抄き板紙(以下、「本多層抄き板紙」という)は、シリカ、アルミナ、金属酸化物で合成されたガス吸着性多孔質珪酸塩鉱物を、バインダーであるウレタン系樹脂エマルジョンに混合し、銅粉を含有した塗工剤を塗工して得られたガス吸着層を有する多層抄き板紙において、ある特定の銅粉を含有させた塗工剤を塗工することで防錆機能を有する多層抄き板紙である。
ウレタン系樹脂エマルジョンとして、JW224アクワエコートRSメジウム(東洋インキ製造株式会社製、固形分20%)を50kg(50重量%)と、ガス吸着性多孔質珪酸塩鉱物として、平均粒子径が2.5〜4.5μmであるライオナイトSF(ライオン株式会社製)を固形分で10kg(10重量%)と、さらに銅粉として、平均粒子径が2.1μmであるCT−1000(三井金属鉱業株式会社製)を2.1kg(2.1重量%)とを、水37.9kgに混合させて、塗工剤を作製する。
この塗工剤を、フレキソ印刷機を用いて、基紙(JKライナー:大王製紙株式会社製、米坪220g/m2)の表面上に3.9g/m2dry塗工して下塗り層を形成し、この下塗り層上に1.9g/m2dry塗工して上塗り層を形成した後、乾燥させて、多層抄き板紙(実施例1)を得た。
また、実施例2〜13及び参考例1〜7を表1に示す条件以外は実施例1と同様に作製し、さらに比較例1〜7を表1に示す条件以外は実施例1と同様に作製した。なお、表1中の銅粉の種類の欄の、MA−C04Jとして三井金属鉱業(株)製のものを用い、KP−130として東亜剛性(株)製のものを用い、CU−Yパウダーとして触媒化成工業(株)のものを用いた。また、多孔質珪酸塩鉱物の、硫酸担持ゼオライト、ナトリウム担持ゼオライトとして、中部電力株式会社製のものを用いた。また、バインダーのスチレン・アクリル系として、目止めワニス(東洋インキ製造株式会社製)を用いた。
◎:銀線の変色がまったくない。
○:銀線の変色個所が数箇所認められる。
△:銀線の変色個所が無数に認められる。
×:銀線が全体的に変色している。
Claims (3)
- シリカ、アルミナ、金属酸化物で合成されたガス吸着性多孔質珪酸塩鉱物をウレタン系樹脂エマルジョンに混合した塗工剤を塗工して得られたガス吸着層を有する多層抄き板紙であって、
前記塗工剤に平均粒子径が2.0〜5.0μmである銅粉を、前記塗工剤に対して2〜5質量%含有し、
前記多層抄き板紙を6.5cm角に断裁したサンプルを200ppmの硫化水素ガス1Lと共にテドラーバックに封入し、室温24℃環境下にて静置し、30分後のテトラーバック内の硫化水素ガス濃度が0.1〜20.0ppmである防錆機能を付与したことを特徴とする多層抄き板紙。 - 前記ウレタン系樹脂エマルジョンの質量は、前記塗工剤の全質量の40〜60質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層抄き板紙。
- 前記ガス吸着層は下塗り層と上塗り層とを有し、前記下塗り層は前記塗工剤を2.0〜5.0g/m 2 塗工して形成され、また前記上塗り層は前記塗工剤を1.0〜2.5g/m 2 塗工して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の多層抄き板紙。
