Description
a)上部濃縮化部と下部ストリッピング部とを備えたスクラブ塔(scrub column)中に天然ガス原料流を導入する工程;
b)該塔の上部濃縮化部に導入された還流液の流れと原料流とを接触させて原料流からC5 +炭化水素を吸収する工程;
c)C2-C4炭化水素を含みかつ約1ppmのC6 +炭化水素より低い濃度の塔頂の蒸気生成物を回収する工程;
d)塔の下部中の液体の一部を再び沸騰させて原料流から軽質炭化水素をストリッピングする工程;
e)C5 +炭化水素の濃縮された底部生成液を回収する工程;及び
f)塔を運転して主に塔頂生成物中にC2-C4炭化水素を得る工程、

(a)天然ガス流を冷却する工程;
(b)下部ストリッピング部と上部吸収部とを備え、その各々の理論段数が1以上であるスクラブ塔の底部に、冷却した天然ガス流を導入する工程;

(e)液体還流を第1還流と第2還流とに分割する工程;
(f)第1還流をスクラブ塔の吸収部の頂部に導入する工程;
(g)第2還流をストリッピング部の頂部に導入して所望の軽質気体成分をストリッピングする工程;及び
(h)スクラブ塔の底部から重質成分の濃縮した底部液体流を除去する工程、

まず図1を参照する。本質的に酸性ガスのない液体天然ガス(C2-C4炭化水素及びC5 +炭化水素)を含んだ気体天然ガス流が、導管1を介して熱交換器2に供給され、そこで部分的に凝縮される。部分的に凝縮された天然ガスは、導管3を通ってスクラブ塔6の底部に供給される。スクラブ塔に入る天然ガスの圧力は3〜約7MPa(絶対)であり、温度は0〜-20℃である。

Claims (10)
- 高圧の気体天然ガス流から液体天然ガスを除去して液体天然ガスの含有量の減少した気体生成物流を得る方法であって、
(a)天然ガス流を冷却する工程;
(b)下部ストリッピング部と上部吸収部とを備え、その各々の理論段数が1以上であるスクラブ塔の底部に、冷却した天然ガス流を導入する工程;
(c)天然ガスをスクラブ塔を通して上昇させ、スクラブ塔の頂部から塔頂流を除去する工程;
(d)塔頂流を部分的に凝縮し、部分的に凝縮した塔頂流を、液体天然ガスの含有量の減少した気体流と液体還流とに分離し、該気体流を液体天然ガスの含有量の減少した気体生成物流として除去する工程;
(e)液体還流を第1還流と第2還流とに分割する工程;
(f)第1還流をスクラブ塔の吸収部の頂部に導入する工程;
(g)第2還流をストリッピング部の頂部に導入して所望の軽質気体成分をストリッピングする工程;及び
(h)スクラブ塔の底部から重質成分の濃縮した底部液体流を除去する工程、
を含む方法。 - 工程(d)の塔頂流の部分的な凝縮において、気体生成物流の少なくとも一部との間接熱交換により冷却する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 理論段数が1以上であるストリッピング塔の頂部に低圧の底部液体流を導入する工程;ストリッピング塔の底部から液体流を除去し、その一部は気化させてストリッピング塔の底部に導入する工程;ストリッピング塔の頂部から気体塔頂流を除去する工程;気体塔頂流を部分的に凝縮し、この部分的に凝縮した塔頂流を液体フラクションと気体フラクションとに分離する工程;液体フラクションをストリッピング塔の頂部に導入する工程;及び気体塔頂フラクションを気体生成物流に加える工程をさらに含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 気体塔頂フラクションを気体生成物流との間接熱交換により部分的に凝縮する請求項3に記載の方法。
- スクラブ塔からの底部液体流を気体生成物流との間接熱交換により冷却する請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 天然ガス流を気体生成物流との間接熱交換により部分的に凝縮する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液体炭化水素を吸収部の頂部に導入する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体炭化水素を吸収部の頂部に導入する工程をさらに含む請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液体炭化水素を気体塔頂フラクションとの間接熱交換により冷却する請求項8に記載の方法。
- 天然ガスの液化方法であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により気体天然ガス流から液体天然ガスを除去し、液体天然ガスの含有量の減少した気体生成物流を得る工程、及び気体生成物流を液化して液化天然ガスを得る工程を含む方法。
