Description
Claims (3)
- 居住環境を制御する設備と、
システムの起動時に上記設備によって制御される居住環境に関するエネルギー節減の方向にシフトした初期目標値を与える初期化部と、
個々の居住者から快適性要求を収集する要求収集部と、
上記の快適性要求の分析を行ってこの分析に基づいて上記の初期目標値を運用目標値に変更し、この運用目標値を実現するための制御計画を作成する計画作成部と、
上記の制御計画に基づいて上記の設備を制御する設備制御部とを備えた環境設備制御システムであって、
過去の所定期間内での上記運用目標値を収集して、これに重み付けを行って補正目標値を求め、上記システムの次回の起動時に、この補正目標値を上記の初期目標値とする較正部を備えたことを特徴とする環境設備制御システム。 - 上記較正部は上記の過去の所定期間で繰り返される動作サイクルのそれぞれの終了時に決定された上記の運用目標値の移動平均を取得し、この移動平均に所定のオフセット値を加算したものを上記の補正目標値とするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境設備制御システム。
- 上記初期化部は、上記の居住環境の環境パラメータを収集して、居住者が快適であると考える快適範囲を評価し、上記の設備が消費するエネルギーを節約する方向にこの快適範囲を超える値として上記の初期目標値を設定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境設備制御システム。
