Claims (3)
- 廃棄物を減容成型する圧縮減容成型機と、該圧縮減容成型機から排出される成型固化物を搬送する搬送コンベヤとを備えてなり、上記搬送コンベヤを搬送筒体内に螺線羽根体を内装したスクリュウコンベヤにより形成し、該スクリュウコンベヤを傾設してスクリュウコンベヤの下部に成型固化物の投入口部を形成すると共に上部に該スクリュウコンベヤにより斜め上向きに搬送されてくる該成型固化物の排出口部を形成し、かつ、該スクリュウコンベヤの下部底面に水落下口部を形成すると共にスクリュウコンベヤの上部に該排出口部の搬送方向手前位置にして塵埃の落下口部を形成し、該スクリュウコンベヤに該スクリュウコンベヤにより斜め上向きに搬送されてくる搬送途中の該成型固化物に冷却水を噴射可能な水噴射手段を設け、該スクリュウコンベヤの搬送筒体に設けた外気取入部から搬送筒体内に外気を導入すると共に該冷却水の噴射により成型固化物から発生するスクリュウコンベヤ内の蒸気を吸引して該蒸気を該搬送筒体の外部に排出可能な空気吸引排出手段を設けてなることを特徴とする成型固化物冷却コンベヤ装置。
- 上記空気吸引排出手段はシロッコファンからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の成型固化物冷却コンベヤ装置。
- 上記スクリュウコンベヤの排出口部から排出される成型固化物の温度を測定する温度センサーを設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の成型固化物冷却コンベヤ装置。
