Claims (7)
- 吸気管長設定が正常に機能している場合、低い第一の回転数(n1)では長い方の第一の吸気管長(SRL_L)で動作し、第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)では短い方の第二の吸気管長(SRL_K)で動作する燃焼エンジン(10)での吸気管長設定又は吸気管体積設定を検査する方法において、
燃焼エンジン(10)の動作時に燃焼エンジンを制御するために検出される動作パラメータから、燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算し、その尺度(B)を予め規定された目標値と比較して、その比較結果にもとづき、検査を行うことと、
低い第一の回転数(n1)の場合の燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算し、この尺度(B)が低い第一の回転数(n1)に関して予め規定された目標値よりも小さい場合に、吸気管長設定が誤っているものと推定することと、
第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合に、長い方の吸気管長(SRL_L)を設定することを試みて、長い方の吸気管長(SRL_L)に関する燃焼エンジンの出力又は回転トルクの第二の目標値を演算し、第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算して、この尺度(B)が予め規定された目標値よりも大きい場合に、当該の推定が誤っていることを確認することと、
第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合に、短い方の吸気管長に関する燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの第三の目標値を演算し、第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合の燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算して、第三の目標値と比較し、この尺度(B)が第三の目標値よりも小さい場合に、エラーメッセージを発出することと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 燃焼エンジン(10)に流入する空気量の積分値にもとづき、尺度(B)を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 燃焼エンジン(10)の制御装置(42)で演算された回転トルク信号の積分値にもとづき、尺度(B)を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- この方法が、燃焼エンジン(10)の全負荷動作状態で実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 当該の尺度の演算時に、燃焼エンジン(10)の回転数が予め規定された帯域幅の回転数値に合致する尺度(B)だけを使用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 吸気管長設定が正常に機能している場合、低い第一の回転数(n1)では長い方の第一の吸気管長(SRL_L)で動作し、第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)では短い方の第二の吸気管長(SRL_K)で動作する燃焼エンジン(10)での吸気管長設定を検査するように構成された制御装置(42)において、
制御装置(42)は、燃焼エンジン(10)の動作時に燃焼エンジンを制御するために検出される動作パラメータから、燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算して、予め規定された目標値と比較し、その比較結果にもとづき、吸気管長設定を検査し、
低い第一の回転数(n1)の場合の燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算し、この尺度(B)が低い第一の回転数(n1)に関して予め規定された目標値よりも小さい場合に、吸気管長設定が誤っているものと推定し、
第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合に、長い方の吸気管長(SRL_L)を設定することを試みて、長い方の吸気管長(SRL_L)に関する燃焼エンジンの出力又は回転トルクの第二の目標値を演算し、第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算して、この尺度(B)が予め規定された目標値よりも大きい場合に、当該の推定が誤っていることを確認し、
第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合に、短い方の吸気管長に関する燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの第三の目標値を演算し、第一の回転数(n1)よりも高い第二の回転数(n2)の場合の燃焼エンジン(10)の出力又は回転トルクの実際値に関する尺度(B)を演算して、第三の目標値と比較し、この尺度(B)が第三の目標値よりも小さい場合に、エラーメッセージを発出する、
ように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 制御装置(42)が、請求項2から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法のフローを制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制御装置。
